Great service. Staff helpful and lovely. When you get off at Notre Dame stop try Nana , the cocktail book club boat that is moored next to the stop. Explore downstairs. Your app for the boat shows you when the next boat will be

Fun way to see the sites and get to the Eiffel Tower. First stop was walking distance from our hotel with the last stop a short taxi cab ride away. Beautiful weather and views. Time to go from last stop to a nearby restaurant and explore.

Beautiful Paris overview and way to get to major sites.
Judy_F, Jul 2026
Excellent way to see the major sites of Paris and to get from place to place. We found one day was enough. Vending machine is available with water, beverages, and snacks. Bring a hat as there is little shade on a hot day. My second and hopefully not last Batobus trip.
Worth the money

Easy to get around town to see the sights. You can get on and off wherever. Friendly staff and easy to find.

Tammy_C, Jul 2026
It is a good way to travel to major stops and the attendees of the booths and ferry were capable and cordial But there is no commentary It is basically a water taxi. Not shaded and can be very hot in the summer
Hassle free. Convenient. Great way to explore.
LJ_D, Jul 2026
Hot behind the glass, but drinks vending machine onboard and stops are max 15 mins apart if you need to disembark and seek shade!
Delivered exactly as described.
Hassle free. Convenient. Great way to explore.
Great way to see the sights of Paris!
Nancy_N, Jul 2026
Fun way to get around to the different sights in Paris. Still need to walk a bit to locations once you ‘hop off’, but more fun than taking a bus and easier than walking the entire distance.
Sightseeing hop-on-hop off Boat in Paris
Priscilla_P, Jul 2026
I recommend this hop-on-hop off boat! It’s a great way to see the city via the Seine River! It was clean, with standard, seating, and vending machines if you wanted water or a snack. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Babobus
Renee_N, Jun 2026
It was a punctual service, and the people were super helpful when we left our backpack on the boat. The only problem is the hours. It starts at 10 and it doesn’t go at night. It was only until 7 PM. And there was zero narrative about what we were seeing along the way. They only provided some audio that you could get on the app about the specific places.

A Special Mode of Paris Transportation
Michelle_S, Jun 2026
What a beautiful way to tour parts of Paris. My husband and I enjoyed “hopping “ on and off these water buses to see many Parisian high spots like Notre Dame and St. Germain.
It was a very good value. And you must see the beautiful city in different ways, certainly it is a different view from the water.
And we didn’t mind the drizzle when it rained for we were covered.
The Batobus was easy to...
Colette_S, Jun 2026
The Batobus was easy to use and find. All of the employees were friendly and professional. Paris is lovely via the river and we rode the boat from one end of the route to the other. It was a nice experience.
Great Tour
Jeffrey_S, Jun 2026
This was a great way to see the sights in Paris. The views along the seine were fantastic. Friendly staff and nice boats.
A great way to see Paris with little time.
Lori_M, Jun 2026
Great way to see Paris if you only have a few hours. No bathroom on board so use before you get on. Great sites. Beautiful bridges.
Would definitely do again
Stefanie_S, Jun 2026
The boats were easy to find and we never waited longer than 10 minutes. There was plenty of room for everyone. It would be better to have more outdoor space with benches or chairs. It was a beautiful day and everyone crowded into the outside area. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to others.

Laurie_J, Jun 2026
It’s a good way to travel among many of the must see sites. The only down side is there is not much air flow and it’s very uncomfortable on really hot days.
Paris by Seine
Becky_N, Jun 2026
With planning of activities the day (or multi day) pass is an affordable and relaxing way to navigate between some of Paris’ highlight attractions.
A fine way to spend a few hours
Christine_M, May 2026
It was a fine experience. No tour guide giving any onsite. But a pleasant, albeit hot, ride. Not much shade on the boat.
Great way to get around...
Mindy_T, May 2026
Great way to get around the sights without the traffic.
It was very hot however on board vending machine for drinks was convenient
The experience it self...
Laura_c, May 2026
The experience it self was lovely . All be it we was in Paris on an extremely hot day at 34 degrees . We didn’t use the boat as much as we hoped mainly due to seeking shade and the seats being plastic in full sun were very hot to sit on .
The company batobus was really good however wish I booked through them directly and not via Viator.
My instructions were to start the tour at any of the sights …. But it didn’t say where they were . I messaged on Viator and had no reply so I done my own research in finding the company and going on their own website to get the information I need .
It’s a shame we couldn’t utilise the boat more but the heat was just too much for our family
Very disappointed
Scott_M, May 2026
Two stops into the trip we were put ashore. The crew said technical issues but then the boat left . There were 40+ of us including several babies and older people. We were left with no shade or water in 90 degree heat. The rep told us 40-60 minutes wait for the next boat but they were supposed to run every 20 minutes. We were also told no refunds. Unless the weather is perfect and you have all day do not take is.
Boats were not too full...
VICKI_M, May 2026
Boats were not too full and staff were kind and polite, helpful. If you want to get off and explore - it’s easy! I had only to ask for the Batobus location around Eiffel Tower as there are so many others. All in all a good way to get around to the main sights!
Great way to get around to different sites!
Tanjua_W, May 2026
The boat was easy to find. I hopped off at Notre Dame and on at a different stop. It erased the hassle of trying to figure out how to get around in such heavy traffic.
Boat can get HOT
Glenn_M, May 2026
This boat can get really hot on a sunny warm day. There is very limited space on the rear deck for relief.
Fun 1/2 day!
Tracy_W, May 2026
Fun way to see the sites and get to the Eiffel Tower. First stop was walking distance from our hotel with the last stop a short taxi cab ride away. Beautiful weather and views. Time to go from last stop to a nearby restaurant and explore.
Tickets are non-transferable
