Operating Schedule: From June 4 to September 19 2026, service operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Thursday to Saturday. From September 20 to September 30 2026, the boats operate daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The first departure of the day is at 10:00 AM from the Eiffel Tower stop. The last departures vary depending on the day and season, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Boats circulate regularly throughout the day, with an average wait time of 25 to 30 minutes between stops. You are free to board at any of the nine stops, without a fixed departure time. The journey can begin from any stop,. On July 14 (French National Day) , the last departure is at 5:00 PM

Saturday, 9/26 was our free day. Pope Leo was also in town. We were happy to find the boat to get around. I have never done a hop on hop off boat! It was also beautiful day.
Everything was beautiful. Easy to book and easy to contact for any concerns. The sights were breath taking. The crew was very nice.
Expect CHAOS. I had a horrible experience. Instead of instructing payees to meet after entering the venue and going through security they advised to meet at some obscure location (for someone new to Paris) AND did not have anyone holding a flag identifying the Activity Provider (Adventour). ALL this among a throng of tourists and "marathoners".
I called Viator's customer service the night before complaining that I was not able to download a ticket (or QR code) and was told I might get that from the guide. After 40 minutes or more being on the phone with customer service I received NO resolution of the matter. I was told they were unable to contact the Activity Provider (AP).
Frustrated, I decided to buy a ticket at the venue's ticketing booth.
If I can cite one good thing out this bad situation, I SAVED 50 euros (the amount I guess Viator and the AP would have split). At the venue I got the same experience (minus a guide) for 28 euros; instead of the 78 euros I paid Viator.
One can always use BING to scour for information concerning the Eiffel Towe's history, etc.
We enjoyed the hop on hop off boat. It allowed us to explore more. It was a nice comfy ride up the river. It was convenient. And I would choose them again!

There is no description of what we were looking at. It was simply a boat ride.
It was disappointing.
Getting off requires walking stairs and walking to location . I couldn’t get off boat. Also did not like the fiber glass windows. It blocked air.
Beautiful ride on Seine, stops at most famous attractions. One problem, mainly for parents with kids, there is no bathroom on the boats or any close proximity to the stations.
I liked the trip but the information on the available stops were not provided when I made the reservation. Had to reach out multiple times to get the information I needed.
Super! A friend recommended this to me and it was a good idea, you can get on and off and use your ticket for a 24hr period.
This was a very nice and convenient way to get a taste of Paris in one day. It doesn’t include entry to anything but keep that in mind when booking. We did a full loop in a day and when back to specific places later for more time. I highly recommend
Enjoyable way to get around to the popular sites but wishes the boat moved just a little faster and hours ended a little later than 8pm, maybe 10pm.
Can be a great means to hit the best spots along the seine. Instructions are super limited. You really need to seek out the stops to ensure you’re in the right place. There’s always space and the boats come regularly so you never wait more than 15 min. It can get very hot on the boat.
The instructions for how to find the initial meeting point options was extremely confusing and difficult to navigate. Once we found the right place, everything was going. A terrific option for navigating the tourist spots along the Seine and beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower.
Take the cruise at Sunset. Line up around 30-45 min before. They timed it perfectly for the Eiffel tower be lit and sparkle. Well organized.
Decent. The app and booking did not offer enough detail about where to find the ports. And you can easily buy a ticket on site and save a few bucks.

Pointless - metro is much easier to use rather than waiting half an hour at a stop to be crammed on a boat that is more akin to a greenhouse on the water. Boats stop running early evening too.
Appealed to me for the fact of being able to sightsee at multiple locations throughout the day for one price.
This is a great way to enjoy the river Seine and also hop on and off at different sights. We got the 48 hour pass and both days got off at the stops to visit and see as much as possible. The longest we had to wait for the boat was about 10mins. Most of the time it was there or approaching. I would definitely recommend, we went in August so it was very warm on and off the boat!
A relaxing way to see some beautiful parts of Paris. Especially on a hot day, this was a welcome break from all the walking. We got off at the sites we wanted to explore, then hopped back on later to return to our starting point. Finding our first stop was a bit tricky, so look that up before you head for the Seine.
It was amazing! The boat has plenty of seats! The amazing views as you are going from one stop to another is also a plus!
It’s a nice way to see the city. We really enjoyed being able to sit and relax after museums and attractions while still taking in sights. Many of the bridges were cool to see from the river as well.

For a hop on hop off to get to the sites it's a great way to go. However no info about you are passing is given like it is on hop on hop off buses. So I would really just call this a Seine taxi service instead.
Highly recommend the Batobus. We were able to go all over Paris using the boat. Never had to wait long for boat to arrive. Stops convenient to many of the best sights in Paris.
