He was so much more than just a driver! His incredible knowledge of the history, culture, and surrounding areas made our journey so interesting and memorable. Since I speak very little Spanish, he also kindly helped me translate on several occasions, which I appreciated more than he knows. He made everything feel effortless and comfortable. This tour was truly amazing and tour guide Edgar was the best English-speaking tour guide ever!! He has lots of knowledge and funny jokes as well :) Also when they were being late due to traffic jam he constantly texted us and tried to update as much as he could. We loved our tour to San Miguel de Allende! A 10000/10 experience in a dreamlike place. ✨ Our guide, Ernesto, explained everything very well and, with his kindness, made the tour very enjoyable. Upon arrival, we took a guided tour of approximately one hour and then we had free time to enjoy this spectacular place. Jesús, our driver, was also excellent: very kind and cautious while driving, which made us feel calm during the trip. A tour that we highly recommend!

The tour was very good. Our guide Miriam was always looking out for us and was very attentive with her explanation. Alex the driver saved us from a big traffic jam and was always very attentive with our things. The bus is large and was always impeccable. The tour lasted almost 10 hours and met our expectations.

Only wish it were longer

This was one part of a larger tour but it was one of my favorite things in CDMX. My only regret is that it was not longer. I will do this again and seek out a tour for just this. Beautiful weather is helpful but getting some of the local food and drink, hearing mariachi music and just watching the mechanics of each boat navigating around each other - it was all entertaining.

Halfway there!

My experience regarding the wrestling match was good, first time. But we arrived when the event had already started and we missed that experience, I did not like that part. Also the guide asked us to return the entrance tickets to him, (I wanted them as a souvenir), also the change of seats from an assigned place to the bleachers, where the ticket price is lower. I hope there is a price adjustment since the price of one place and another is totally different. My itinerary for this trip I had planned a long time ago, so the suggested changes did not fit my activities for this trip. Sincerely Salvador Perez Reyes

I traveled alone for my birthday and absolutely everything about this tour was incredible, from the pickup with Mr. Jesús, who was very punctual, to the arrival at the agency where Katia waited for me to do the whole tour. The balloon ride was spectacular, we were able to tour the pyramids and the archaeological zone. Breakfast at the Obsidian Cave is out of this world and the Pulque is delicious. Teotihuacan is magical and its people are incredible, without a doubt I would return on my next trip. Btw, the guide Ana at the Pyramids is wonderful, I highly recommend her.

An unusual review

We haven't done the experience with them, but we 100% recommend them!! Me and my partner scheduled the experience with the through aviator. Due to technical issues we never received the confirmation email (which we don't believe it was the operator's fault), so we thought it wasn't confirmed and ended up not going to the activity. Days later I noticed I got charged, and came to see it was confirmed. Here is where things get really positive: seeing all that, I contacted them asking for a refund. I wasn't very hopeful, but it was a lot of money for me and my partner. And to our surprise, they were incredibly understanding and fully refunded us. Also, since we were on a different country, I changed phones, and it wasn't until I was back that I saw that the operator even tried to contact us on WhatsApp the day of the activity to confirm things and give us information, unsuccessfully. So we are writing this review because we believe that is when things go wrong that we really see how good a business or an operator is, and they showed incredible service and respect! So we could not recommend them more if you want someone trustworthy and respectful!

I absolutely loved this...

I absolutely loved this tour! Everything was very well organized, from the transportation to the hot air balloon ride and all the activities throughout the day. The balloon ride over Teotihuacán was an incredible experience, and visiting the pyramids afterward was amazing as well. I also really enjoyed the mezcal tasting and having breakfast inside a cave — both were such unique experiences. Our guide was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was an unforgettable day and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Ernesto and Barbara were very friendly guides, very knowledgeable and sweet! Cesar was an amazing driver. This was an amazing experience! We made one stop on the way to Tolantango for breakfast, and then we went to the caves and the river. We then drove to the pools, where there is also a restaurant in case you want to have lunch/some drinks. You have plenty of time to relax and hang out which made this a very fun and chill activity. On the way back we stopped for pastes - a delicious pastry from Hildago - and then headed back to CDMX! A very full day, but incredibly fun!
