The city was beautiful. The tour guide and driver were wonderful. The guide kept us informed and made sure we felt secure. The drive is long, but we stopped half way for restrooms and stretch our legs. I recommend bringing a bottle water if you need a sip and perhaps a snack. lunch was not until 2:30. Lunch was a buffet and was very good. It was worth the trip. Beautiful sights along the way

Azteca failed to come and pick us up as per agreement with the company driver/guide. They claimed that they were coming at 8:20AM versus the time slot of 9AM pickup. We just learned that they were already outside of the hotel where we were. Accordingly, they sent us a message which we never got until we got their phone call.

Estimado pasajero nosotros Confirmamos la hora de Pick Up previamente incluso usted contestó confirmando por mensaje directo de esta misma plataforma El día de la salida mis compañeros lo estuvieron esperando más de 20 minutos y cuando usted salió dijo que tenía una cita médica Justo a la hora del tour no podíamos esperar lo más tiempo se le avisó acorde a las políticas de la empresa. Lamentamos mucho la situación sin embargo el servicio estaba listo a la hora que se aviso previamente e incluso usted habló con el guía físicamente y aun asi no quiso tomar el tour Es una lástima que usted ponga este comentario cuando fue usted mismo el que no quiso tomar el Tour porque tenía una cita médica y no se hizo responsable de su confirmación de pick up

Beautiful Taxco

It was a pleasant and enjoyable trip. Our gide very knowledgeable and our driver very safe. The restaurant I give 3.5 stars but it's expected for turists. I recommend this tour to everyone.

Awful experience…choose another tour

This entire experience was not great. We were picked up last (45 mins late) and had to sit in the far back of the “luxury” van. Our first stop was Cuernavaca and when we exited, I requested we rotate seats as the back row was exceptionally uncomfortable for a 6’1” person. Our guide, Ursula, told to ask someone to switch and it wasn’t her problem. Needless to say, no one would switch and we spent over 5 hours cramped up in the back of the van. This was booked as ab English trip but at no stop did anyone speak English, only Spanish. Cuernavaca and Taxco were just opportunities to sell crap to tourists, we didn’t see any of the city or the major sights. Such a waste of time and money. Avoid this one !!!

We are very sorry about the trip, unfortunately It was the peak season of turists in México because of the F1 and Dia de Muertos that is why the vans were full and therr were delays. It is important to say most of turists like the tour because is visiting a small town of México.

A Great Day in Taxco

Our family enjoyed a great day in Taxco, our driver and guide Manuel was very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed a comfortable ride in both directions despite the heavy traffic. Manuel showed us some shops and a nice restaurant for lunch and also gave us plenty of time as we desired at all of the locations. A very nice day and really great guy as our guide and driver.

Day trip to Cuernavaca and Taxco

The tour was a bit disorganized with our pickup being 30 minutes late and then stopping for gas (the van should have been filled prior to picking anyone up) for 30 minutes (we were told it would be only 10), which cost us an hour. Cuernavaca was OK, though, due to earthquake damage, some of the sites were closed. In Taxco, after visiting a decent jewelry shop, our guide led us to lunch at an OK restaurant near the center of town, but, after that, he lost a bit of control over the group (we were 12) and the visit to the cathedral was a bit chaotic. Further, we were not told about being able to climb the church tower to get a vista over the whole town. Lastly, Taxco is overrun with cars in its streets and, unless something is changed, will be ruined by traffic. It makes it hard to enjoy the city unless you get away onto the side streets too small for cars. Also, keep in mind that this tour will have you in a van for nearly 6 hours.

Thank you for the comments It is important to say that is a shared tour picking up in hotels in the most crowded city CDMX, so sometimes and mostly in high season is difficult to get extrictly on time for the pick up. We hope you enjoyed it Thank you

Terrible and WORST tour

This tour is worst. It’s a waste of time and money. Not an interesting tour. Travel time is exhausting. Food not good ,money you paid is not worth it. I may suggest that the visitors should choose where they want to eat and not where the tour guide would bring them to the restaurant he chooses. The tour guide can give suggestions where visitors can eat. I will never,never recommend this tour.

Taxco is beautiful, it’s a jewel in the middle of nowhere, the history, the beauty of the town and the silver jewelry is awesome. The team was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant they suggested (Atrio) was really good and the view was perfect to finish off the day.

Las calles e iglesia de Taxco muy pintorescas. La guía explicaba muy bien. El recorrido por Cuernavaca es muy corto. Sólo se conoce la iglesia y luego te dan 15 minutos para baño y ya para Taxco.
