Really lovely trip...

Really lovely trip Jamal was a great driver/guide and our group of 11 family members (aged 7 to 62) have all gone back with precious memories. Our walking guide, Mohamid, was also excellent, steering us through mountain tracks and through Berber houses. Really good value for money and stunning scenery.

Great excursion.

Great afternoon excursion. Quad bikes were fun with a much longer route than other experiences I have had. Camel ride was fun and the dinner dance show was entertaining ing and the food very decent. The cooperative visit is little more than a money grab asking for donations but at least there is a restroom available. Overall though I can recommend the activity. It’s a lot of fun.

Full on three days!

Ali was a great guide, Kamal navigated the route smoothly as the driver. We loved the camel ride and everything went smoothly. We booked a little blindly wondering what we were embarking on but everything was really well organized and pretty much as described. We had a bus full of other nice tourists from around the world. Being together for three days was probably the factor that made it so enjoyable.

Wonderful trip!!

We had an amazing trip!! Our driver was Mustapha, he was extremly kind and well organized. We saw so many wonderful things. It is a lot of time in a car, but we didnt really mind that much, because the view is just breathtaking. All of the guides were super nice. There are two tours that are not included, we had to pay them 20 dirham each. But that was fine. Also lunch is not included, we made stops at really beautiful restaurants where lunch cost around 120 dh. We bought snacks beforehand to spend a bit less money. The desert is really cold at night, so be aware and bring some warmer layers. All in all it was a beautiful experience and we would recommend! Also we heard that merzouga is the best part of the desert, agafay etc. are more rocky.. Enjoy!!!

A Memorable Family Experience with Incredible Hospitality

We had a truly wonderful hot air balloon experience, and what stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the team from start to finish. We unfortunately got delayed in the morning due to an ATM issue at our hotel and arrived about 20 minutes late. We were quite stressed about it, but the driver and fellow passengers were incredibly understanding and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all which set a really positive tone for the rest of the day. Once we arrived, we were welcomed with coffee before heading to the launch site. The setup was well organized, with multiple balloons and baskets (each divided into compartments that comfortably fit around 4–5 adults). The whole process felt safe and smooth. Our pilot was fantastic; funny, engaging, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, took photos for us, and made the entire flight enjoyable and relaxed. It never felt rushed, and you could tell they genuinely care about giving people a great experience. After the flight, we were given certificates, which was a nice touch. The experience continued with a delicious breakfast, followed by a short camel ride, which added to the overall charm of the day. Most importantly, our child had an amazing time, and for us, that made it even more special. It’s something we’ll definitely remember for a long time. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a well organised, warm, and memorable experience.

Amazing! Worth every penny…..

Driver was right on time, got us there promptly, we had a coffee while they got balloons ready, we got in and we were off to watch the sunrise, an incredible view, was up there for around 45 mins to an hour, we had a great guy driving the balloon, are landing was smooth and gentle, we had a lovely Moroccan breakfast and more coffee (pick is at 5:45am and I was up at 4:45am to get ready so coffee is very necessary!) we got a cute certificate as souvenir and you can pay to have a drone follow Your ride and they’ll send you a video, all very fun, easy and worth it!

This tour was absolutely fantastic! I have to give my tour guide his flowers. I booked a private tour but my lunch was running a little late. He was able to accommodate me still. The guide was extremely educated and knowledgeable about this history of Morocco and you can truly tell by the way he spoke that he was extremely passionate about it. He told me he held MULTIPLE degrees in tourism and it was so apparent. I had a fantastic time and I learned a lot! Would definitely recommend a million times.

Worth it!

We had Youssef Z as our driver, and he was a very good driver. The tour was wonderful and definitely worth the price. Lots of hours on the road, but it pays off because of the amazing sites and stops along the way. Some things you have to pay extra for that weren’t mentioned beforehand, but we were happy to pay the small amount for the extra experiences and people that gave them.

Magical 🤩

Absolutely magical! Well organised and efficient. I'm lucky enough to have done several hot air balloon flights around the world, and this one really was special. Mustafa, the pilot, was very experienced and a perfect takeoff and landing. Quite an emotional, breathtaking experience. Not to be missed. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Surreal experience

The experience was such an adrenaline high and myself and friends absolutely loved it. The flight captain was amazing and explained everything and everyone at the Base was so friendly. Such a surreal experience. Definitely would do it again, as we didnt get to experience it as good as should've been as the winds were good for us in the morning and I think we were told a storm was coming.

Outstanding and a must do!!

Wow outstanding!! My first time in a Hot air ballon and I would 100% go again. I didn't want to come down, the peace you feel up there is amazing. Smooth and you didn't even feel lile you were off the ground. It was a privilege to have Lina as our captain, the whole experience was well planned and brilliant. If you go for the Sunrise trip check the temperature and make sure you dress in layers, it does get warmer when you are up in the air with the sun out but its only slight.
