wow! was nervous to book due to some videos on tiktok and negative reviews and i'm SO glad i did not listen. this was such an amazing experience and everything i hoped it would be. from start to finish i loved this excursion. truthfully, the food was tasteless, but i did not come expecting top notch food, just vibes. we got back later than expected, but it wasn't an issue. BE AWARE: the small hike is not a small hike. it's a short hike, but still a hike so pack appropriate shoes and keep this in mind if you are older. it's steep, a lot of steps and i felt a little unsafe... but it's worth it.

Me and my wife really enjoyed the trip. Special thanks to Abde llatif our guide.. throughout the day he was always very friendly and helpful. Came to check on us during our dinner and offered us more food if we wanted. We had a particularly special logistics arrangement and he liasoned with our hotel to make sure everything was smooth for us. Many thanks again Abde llatif Trip timeline 3pm departure 8.30pm end of fireshow, 9.30 arrival back to Marrakesh.

Hot Air Ballooning in Marrakech is an absolute MUST!

There are plenty of companies to choose from, but truly, look no further. This experience was one for the record books and honestly hard to put into words. Our first attempt didn’t take off because the pilot was concerned about weather conditions, even though we could see other balloons already in the air. Instead of rushing, he exercised extreme caution, which we deeply appreciated given the nature of the activity. We were immediately offered either a refund or the option to return another day, and we chose to try again. It was absolutely worth the wait. Floating up in the clouds was surreal, peaceful, magical, and unforgettable. The experience was perfectly paired with a top‑notch soundtrack that made the moment even more emotional and cinematic. The pilot’s skill was on full display, especially during the landing, he landed directly onto the back of the transport vehicle rather than the ground, which was incredibly cool to witness. To top it all off, we received certificates, photos, and professional videos to commemorate the moment. Truly a magical experience from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend!

Worth it!

We had Youssef Z as our driver, and he was a very good driver. The tour was wonderful and definitely worth the price. Lots of hours on the road, but it pays off because of the amazing sites and stops along the way. Some things you have to pay extra for that weren’t mentioned beforehand, but we were happy to pay the small amount for the extra experiences and people that gave them.

Absolutely magical! Well organised and efficient. I'm lucky enough to have done several hot air balloon flights around the world, and this one really was special. Mustafa, the pilot, was very experienced and a perfect takeoff and landing. Quite an emotional, breathtaking experience. Not to be missed. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Received WhatsApp message day before flight telling where to get pickup and time Driver on morning sent message to confirm pickup and picture of van and reg of vehicle. Outstanding and a must do!!

Wow outstanding!! My first time in a Hot air ballon and I would 100% go again. I didn't want to come down, the peace you feel up there is amazing. Smooth and you didn't even feel lile you were off the ground. It was a privilege to have Lina as our captain, the whole experience was well planned and brilliant. If you go for the Sunrise trip check the temperature and make sure you dress in layers, it does get warmer when you are up in the air with the sun out but its only slight.
