Great introduction to Marrakech

We all really enjoyed this walking tour. We wanted to make sure that the kids weren't too overwhelmed by Marrakech, so we booked a morning tour on our first day so they could see the city before it got too busy. Our guide Yassine was really friendly, and welcoming, and a can't believe how many things he managed to fit into the morning. By the time the tour was over, we were all so much more relaxed, and even got used to the motorbikes racing around everywhere. Would highly recommend.

Ahmad provided a very informative tour of the most interesting sights in the Medina area of Marrakech. He really knows the area as only a local can. The tour was approximately 3 hours of walking and it was nice to have brought along water. Highly recommended.

Yunis was one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Group tours tend to be overkill and boring. This was not the case at all. Yunis made the tour very enjoyable and he’s very witty. He showed us the highlights and skipped the things the group didn’t want to see. I highly recommend.

Guide did not give a lot of information about the sites we visited, he just made jokes. He ended the tour 1 hour early as he pressured us to not visit the tombs and he skipped the souks as well

Marrakesh can be a little overwhelming at first. This tour was a great way to catch some of the highlights of the city with a knowledgeable guide who is well organised and great at keeping a large group together in some challenging environments. Mustapha was our guide and was informative and funny at the same time.

Dont take the tour .Meeting area is a shambles .

At least 40 people from different tour groups were starting or finishing a tour in front of Cafe de France from different nationalities . our guide was late for 1pm tour. with no sign or identificatipn as to who he represented . people were shouting asking for viator tour guide . He eventually sorted the group out and rushed us to the Palace a distance of more than 1km . we entered the palace and the guide started a lecture for 40 minutes on Moroccan culture . My wife and i toured the palace on our own ,The guide was still lecturing in the same spot as we left . we signedc up for a simple sightseeing tour. We left the tour at the Palace . it was not a good experience .

Fun tour is a great intro to Marrakech

We had a fabulous tour with Mouhssine. Feeling a bit nervous on our first day in Marrakech we booked online a few hours before and it was a great decision. Mouhssine was a fun informative guide who made the afternoon really enjoyable. We felt safe and looked after at all times. I particularly enjoyed our tour through the souk. You meet in a busy square but don't worry, he will find you!

He showed us all the ‘must see’ stops - the architecture and detailed Islamic carvings, tile works, painted woodwork, etc. are absolutely stunning!!! Our tour guide, Mousshine, made our experience in Morocco truly unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing insights about the history, culture, and local life in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. Quality of the tour and organisation need to be improved

This tour needs a lot of improvements to say the least: Souk & Medina Guided Tour : Despite it's mentionned in your tour's title, this part of your program did not take place! The guide made several stops (outside the medina) to give explanations about the history and culture. But there were no visits of the souk. In general, the guide's explanations were too long, messy and convoluted. It gave the impression that he was trying to fill in the gaps to make the tour last longer to fit the 4 hours that were sold. The first hour of the tour is just standing in group, in some corners of the noisy streets, listening to him without really seeing sth interesting. we arrived at the Saadiand tombs it was already way past 11h. My suggestion: Give your group meeting point directly in front of the entrance to the tombs immediately at 10am (or even at opening time!). You immediately visit the tombs and then, you give the explanations... because here we arrive after 11am just to have listened to the guide for more than an hour while remaining motionless in the streets... meh! and then we queue in line for more than 40 min... so almost 2h wasted already. In details if you are interested: Saadian Tombs: We weren't warned before buying our entrance tickets that there was a long waiting line to see the interior of the main tomb. Only once inside, the guide finally asked us if we wanted to saty and wait in line or leave as it seemed very long... I mean, once we paid he ask us if we like to leave!? It would have been better to have a heads up before buying the tickets! We actually overheard another group's guide at the ticket office, asking if they wanted to go or not due to waiting (at that time it was not clear for us why he said that, as from outside we didn't see the line and our guide didn't mentionned it. when we understood it was too late). Note: Knowing that you have to wait about 40 minutes in the sun.. So if you're elderly, young, or have health problems, standing still, it is not recommended. It's also very disappointing because you're actually queuing to see the interior through a rather narrow door (maximum 2 people), so it's just enough time to take a few photos. queuing so long to stand in front for 3 minutes... it's not worth it. Although this part is obviously not the fault of the guided tour, they could have warned about such configuration and the queue before buying the tickets. So everyone could have made an informed decision. Bahia Palace: Another disapointment. This place is overcrowded. And above all, there's a lot of construction going on. Of course, it's not the tour operator's fault. But it's not very pleasant. We would have liked this to be mentioned in the program description so that we're aware.

This tour was nice and our guide had good information, but we were disappointed that they had not factored the wait time to see the tomb of the kings so we paid for entry but didn’t even get to see it. Probably an excellent tour not in high season when things are so busy. But otherwise very good
