All Rabat Tours & Excursions in 2026

For this experience we were picked up & taken to our first point of interest where we teamed up with our multilingual tour guide who was full of great local knowledge. We really enjoyed this one as it made it much easier to orient ourselves to where we were staying & Rabat city generally. The main city locations were included & the period of the tour was generous: he avoided the tourist buses & crowds. It was great value for money. We spent an excellent day in Chefchaouen, an absolutely magnificent city full of charm. A big thank you to our driver Ismail, who was very kind, punctual, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. His kindness and professionalism really contributed to making this excursion pleasant. Thanks also to our guide Imad, who was very friendly and passionate. He helped us discover the city with great enthusiasm and explained the history, culture, and unique features of Chefchaouen very well to us. His explanations were clear and interesting. We have a very fond memory of this excursion and highly recommend Ismail and Imad to anyone who wishes to discover Chefchaouen in very good conditions. What a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Moroccan culture! Chef Khadifa welcomed us into her beautiful home where we spent the next 2 1/2 hours helping to prepare a delicious Moroccan feast! She even provided us with pen and paper to take notes so we can recreate the dishes back home. She’s warm, friendly and an excellent chef. I highly recommend this experience…you won’t regret it!

We had a tour with Asma and it was unforgettable. We walked for about two hours, over about 5km. The tour started at the local train station, and ended up high on a hill where we could see our starting location. Throughout the tour, Asma was welcoming, open, educational, and funny! Asma was very knowledgeable about history. We gained a whole new appreciation for Morocco's transitions between french, spanish, and self governance. She regularly pointed out buildings on our walk and gave us a wide range of context, including construction details, local customs, art history, and politics. She also gave us insights into modern culture. She was extremely open about what it's like living in Rabat, and Morocco more generally today. That's a big reason we travel, and she did not disappoint. She knew so much about local politics and customs that we just would not have been exposed to without this tour. Throughout the tour, she showed us places we hadn't seen, even after being here for a couple months. We scored a recommendation for a hammam that we're excited about, and there's a spot we're eager to check out for coffee too! Definitely book a tour with Asma. The rest of your visit to Rabat will be deeply enriched.

A truly unique way to discover Rabat! This electric tuk tuk tour is comfortable, eco-friendly and fun. The Yones guide was welcoming, professional and passionate, sharing interesting anecdotes about the city’s iconic sites. We were able to admire the must-sees like the Kasbah of the Oudaya, the Hassan Tower and the Mohammed V Mausoleum, while enjoying a pleasant walk through the streets of Rabat. The pace of the visit was perfect, with enough time to take pictures and ask questions. Super recommended to do this tour with Sarah. the fact of touring Rabat with a woman gave us a different and much more authentic perspective. The walk is very complete. If you are looking for a real and well-guided experience, I highly suggest asking about it

I’m glad I went on this tour as Youssef gave a different insight into the life in the Medina, that we don’t get as tourists walking through. He shared great background information that gave context to what we were seeing. He also took us into alleys with food and produce shops that locals go to and patiently waited as we stopped everywhere and bought stuff :). Overall don’t miss out on this tour.
