The BEST airport transfer I’ve EVER had

Really it was the absolute best airport transfer I have ever HAD and I have been to 70+ countries! Made a very last minute decision to head to Morocco and booked this on the day I arrived. I received a WhatsApp message from my driver very soon after booking which made staying in communication easy (and would be very necessary in my case) Unfortunately first flight was delayed resulting in missing my connection to Marrakech. He was very gracious about having to change pick up time - even sent a picture of what his sign would look like with my name on it! And as promised was there waiting for me when I arrived. Which is very nice when you ended up landing at 00:10 in the morning! Insisted on helping with my bag and even had a cold water waiting for me in his clean car. We even did a little orientation tour around my Airbnb so I would be familiar with my surroundings and know how to get to the Medina But the absolute amazing thing for me was when it came to drop off. We chatted about how it would be a self check-in and he waited to make sure that I was able to get into the building and retrieved my keys!! Something so thoughtful and unexpected and especially welcome after the fiasco I had dealt with at the Casablanca airport Will be recommending to EVERYONE going to Marrakech!

Our driver was...

Our driver was incredible. He handled our luggage with ease and the van was extremely clean and comfortable. Water was provided ahead of time as well. It was just over 2 hour drive and he drove calmly and safe the entire duration. He was funny, had great jokes, and gave good advice for us during our Casablanca trip.

Seamless Pickup and Great Service

Amine picked us up from the airport and was super polite and professional. He messaged us as soon as we landed and was right there waiting after customs. The car was nice, clean, and cool. There was a 10 euro extra charge for our hotel's location, but we were totally fine with that given the quality of the ride. Will absolutely use the service again!

The tour is a good taste of Marrakesh in one afternoon. You will see the most important points of interest and also the Medina w the tour guide. This is always a plus because for first time travelers to Marrakesh, the Medina can be overwhelming . We went to Bahia Palace, the school of Koran, the gate, a good rug store, the spices market, the mosque and the Medina. Our tour guide Mohamed was very knowledgeable. We are both fluent in English and Spanish. We told the tour guide to speak which ever of the two languages he felt more comfortable. He chose English but it was a bit hard to understand him. I think this is quite common in Marrakesh because we heard other tour guides speaking English and you barely could understand them.

Great

Travelling to valeria madina club resort is a bit further than is included in this booking price so i paid extra in cash but at a good rate. Booked for 8pm and walked out of the airport 5 mins early and driver was already there with a name card for me. The driver walked us to the taxi and helped with all our suitcases on and off.

Great transport service

Brahim was excellent. He picked me up on time and get me to my apartment in the Palmeraie. He was able to give me some education about Marrakesh and the different areas and advice when traveling alone. Would trust him for a future ride without hesitation. The company was also excellent reaching out to me when I landed in the airport. Word of advice; make sure you have data or an international plan as communication is typically through Whats App. If you don't the airport wifi is very good and can hold you over until you get picked up outside.
