The hot air balloon...

The hot air balloon experience was an amazing experience. However, our driver that picked us up was a little bit less communicative. Didn’t really tell us we were getting in the right van for the excursion. We wish we had more time to take pictures with the camels. But my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. FYI, when it says that the trip starts at 6 AM. The hot air balloon part does we were picked up at 4:20 am so be prepared for early pick up.

This is truly a magical experience! A bucket list for my family and I and it didn’t disappoint! Such a peaceful chilled experience. The views were amazing! Anyone not sure on heights let me reassure you, it feels like you are floating! The tour was so well organised as well. Pick up was bang on time. A lovely coffee and off we went to the balloon launch site. A very well oiled machine. Breakfast after was great, just what we needed after our early get up 👍 I would recommend this experience without reservation and we are so glad we did it!

The pick up on time. The driver raced like an idiot at over 100 km/h in a 60 zone and I was terrified and so were other passengers. Got to site and still waited over half an hour Balloon flight amazing. Pilot great and cautious with a 10/10 landing - well worth it

We booked this last min after being let down by another company (twice) WOW it was absolutely incredible - The pick up was seamless, it was well organised - clean, tidy and an elite experience in terms of what is being offered! Everything was in perfect amounts, tea on arrival, the balloon ride felt safe and professional and we were looked after beyond expectation at all times. Absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was so well organised—from the warm welcome and traditional breakfast to the seamless setup for the flight itself. The views at sunrise were honestly breathtaking, floating peacefully over the landscape with balloons stretching across the horizon… it didn’t feel real. The highlight of the whole experience was our incredible pilot, Lena. She was not only highly skilled and professional, but also so warm, fun, and reassuring throughout the flight. You could tell immediately you were in safe hands, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy every second. She also made the experience feel really special, sharing her knowledge and keeping the atmosphere light and exciting. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and one I’d recommend to absolutely anyone visiting Marrakech. If you get the chance to fly with Lena, you’re in for something really special.

Fantastic experience!

Great company and very well organised. We were picked up promptly and they even rang us when they turned up. It was very chilly at 6am but we were given hot tea and cake and camp fires to keep us warm while the balloons were being inflated. To see about 50 balloons in the sky as the sun rose was a magnificent sight! The journey was amazing and our pilot was good fun and very informative. After landing we were given a gorgeous Berber breakfast of fresh fruit, hot breads and dips sitting in the sunshine. An extremely exhilarating experience I would definitely recommend.

Not to be missed

I am so happy I booked this trip !! I was a bit anxious as I am not so good with hights !! We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the ballon .The pilot was so friendly ,good sense of humour and put us at ease . The view was amazing !! So peaceful i would definitely recommend. We then had breakfast before we returned which was a traditional breakfast,amazing tea ! Amazing trip
