Wow, spectacular!! Our first hot air balloon ride and the views were really incredible. There were a lot of balloons around the foothills of the Atlas mountains, not in a bad/congested way but it made for some even better viewing as you ok silently drift watching the sunrise.
The whole trip was brilliant and worth the early start. Our driver, Abdul, was great very funny and friendly. Coffee/juice and pastry on arrival, then a short while later, you set back off again to wherever the weather has meant the balloons launch from. Interesting to watch the balloons inflate and then once you're in the basket, a short while later you're off in the air. Take off and landing incredibly smooth and effortless!!
Once we touched down, you get back in the vehicles and head back to camp for breakfast and mint tea, everything is incredibly well organised and 100% worth the money and the early rise to experience this.
Genuinely, one of the best trips/excursions we've ever done. Highly recommended!!

Good experience if it’s the first time. It’s about 30 to 40 mins long. The balloon only stays in one area so you don’t really get to see the Atlas Mountains and Marrakech city from close by. Only from the distance. Also it’s not a sunrise trip. There’s also a basic breakfast included.

An excellent trip from start to finish. The hot air balloon flight was amazing with unforgettable views. All staff and crew are very well organised, helpful and friendly. This was the highlight of our holiday.

The provider never came to collect us at the pick up point. We were really excited about this after all the reviews. However the provider didn’t respond to messages or phone call at the time of pick up. It was really disappointing experience.

Thank you for your review.
According to our records, this booking was marked as a no-show. The booking and pickup details were sent to you the day before the excursion, as can be verified in your booking history.
Our driver was present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled pickup time and waited for approximately 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were unable to contact you, as the phone number provided with the booking was incorrect.
Only 5 minutes before the pickup time, a different phone number was sent. At that point, it was too late, as the driver already had the full passenger list and contact details prepared in advance.
As the excursion operated as scheduled and the pickup service was available at the agreed time and location, we were unable to offer a refund.
We regret that you were unable to join the activity and wish you all the best.

Beautiful experience! Our pilot was great and made us all feel really comfortable. However, be prepared for waiting around in the cold. We were collected at 4am and arrived in the desert just after 5am. We were given hot drinks and a croissant and waited around for an hour before being transported to the balloons at 6.30am. Just felt like a waste of time, we could have arrived at 6am and gone straight to the balloons as the main breakfast is afterwards anyway.

I had an amazing hot air balloon ride today, and our guide Lena made the experience truly unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and created a relaxed, positive atmosphere for everyone in the group. From the very beginning she made sure everyone felt comfortable and included, and she paid attention to every single person.
Lena explained everything clearly, kept the mood light with her great sense of humor, and made the whole experience even more special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and wants everyone to have a fantastic time.

I specifically booked this trip for the sunrise experience. WE DID NOT GET IT. I texted at 9am the morning prior asking about pick up times, no response until 7pm the night before, too late to cancel due to policy, and learned they pick us up at 6:50am, sunrise was at approximately 6:30am. When I questioned the sunrise, I was told I didnt book it. The trip is advertised on this sight only offering a 6am Sunrise Trip. False advertising? If I had known, I could have booked with someone else.

Really great experience. Everyone we met from the minibus driver to our balloon pilot Yanis were so warm and friendly. Very professional tour too. Only down side was our balloon flight was cut short because of cloud cover and wind gusts. Would highly recommend. John and family

Absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was so well organised—from the warm welcome and traditional breakfast to the seamless setup for the flight itself. The views at sunrise were honestly breathtaking, floating peacefully over the landscape with balloons stretching across the horizon… it didn’t feel real.
The highlight of the whole experience was our incredible pilot, Lena. She was not only highly skilled and professional, but also so warm, fun, and reassuring throughout the flight. You could tell immediately you were in safe hands, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy every second. She also made the experience feel really special, sharing her knowledge and keeping the atmosphere light and exciting.
This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and one I’d recommend to absolutely anyone visiting Marrakech. If you get the chance to fly with Lena, you’re in for something really special.

The driver, the hot air balloon pilot and other helping staff were very friendly and honestly made the whole atmosphere 10 times better. The experience is suitable for people with fear of heights as well(like we are) since the balloon moves very slowly, basket is very sturdy and the whole ride is very pieceful. We definitely recommend this experience especially with this company since everyone was very friendly.

A little to much waiting around but the ballon ride was totally worth it! Landing was a little rough brace yourself! My drive Ealud was awesome. It was a foggy morning so no sunrise and you could barely see the mountains.

Early in the morning - ready to be awake super early. Operators provided tea/coffee and pastries when we first got there. Everything was great.

We did not get our full ride and was only in the basket for 10minutes. We were asked to get out because of the wind but another group got on and they went into the air. We were not prepared for our landing. We also did not get to see the sun rise.
