The tour operator had not contacted us before the tour like all others did. We tried to contact them - no response. Called Viator-- they were not able to get a hold of them either. We were supposed be o be picked up at the hotel but they didn’t show
We went to the meeting place but nobody was watching for us. After several attempts to find them VIATOR offered a refund but after tour operator approves it! So we were stood up by both and lost hours before decided to take a quad/Carmel ride in the dessert. Going to use another agency- VIATOR is useless.

Today we visited Atlas Mountains & Ourika Valley with our wonderful tour guide , Meriam. The tour was absolutely amazing, we had the best time, Meriam was incredible attentive, welcoming and positive. Thank you! We will becoming back with a much bigger group next time and will ask for Meriam again!

Good experience and an excellent option for a day away from Marrakesh. Pick-up was on time, and although the hike was short, it was a bit steep—but definitely worth it. Lunch by the river was a lovely way to relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, a very enjoyable day trip!

Did a family tour with Imad and he was great as a guide. The tour was pretty relaxed. The visit to the water fall is not for the beginner. Please wear proper walking or trekking shoes for the tour. Would not recommend the last part for kids or aged.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day trip to Ourika with jawad we got to see the village and had a nice cool lunch at the waterfall. The service was perfect and I highly recommend this tour to see a different side of Morocco.

We had a nice day out to Ourika Valley. Our driver and guide Mohamed made the day! The waterfall was underwhelming and difficult to hike to, but eating lunch by the river and the stops we made along the way were great!

A wonderful day, our driver was informative. The welcome at the berber womans cooperative was warm and our guide, Mustafa, on the hike was incredibly helpful during the walk (which had some areas that assistance was useful). Good meal at the end too.

We picked this Atlas Mountain tour out of all of the different options because it mentioned hiking to 7 waterfalls - upon getting there, the local guide mentioned this would take 5-6 hours and thus was not possible, so this tour description was definitely deceiving. It also says the local guide is included - however, when we got there, they said we had to pay the local hiking guide 2 euros per person. We told our driver it should be included and he said he’d cover it which I don’t know if he did, but we did tip our local hiking guide a similar amount anyways because we were happy with him.
The first stop was the Berber village, which is primarily a Moroccan rug, pouf and pillow shop, and then this led to the Argan Oil coop - this just felt like nonstop selling from the beginning before getting to experience the mountains. The specific lunch restaurant they took us to was very crowded and busy, leading to slower service - this was annoying since there were so many similar restaurants along the river that were way less busy.
The last stop was the hike, which was enjoyable, but such a small portion of the day. I wished this hiking portion was longer, and we spent less time in the shops.
