Amazing! Nice to get into nature. Room clean, comfortable and aesthetic! Food Moroccan and delicious! Fun to watch the dinner show to see the cultural. Walked around the hills for beautiful views and found many geodes. Highly recommend!

An unforgettable overnight stay in Agafay that truly exceeded expectations. The place is breathtaking, with a peaceful desert atmosphere and beautifully arranged tents. Service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and always making us feel welcome. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of authentic flavours. The evening show was magical, with great music and performances under the stars. Overall, a perfect desert escape that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Overall the experience was a lot of fun. The driver to pick us up was on time and very friendly. The reception at the camp was great and our guide throughout was professional and friendly. The wife loved the Camel ride. Keep in mind the ATV ride is more scenic than anything and they don't really allow any speed. The tents themselves were good, no issues with bugs or critters. But the showers were older and could use new heads. The food was average from what we have had in Morocco but the entertainment was fantastic. Overall a great time, we have never seen so many stars in the sky and recommend bringing a telescope or something to get great views.

We had a fabulous time in the overnight desert stay. It totally exceeded our expectations. The tents were very comfortable and more like secure cabins, with locked doors. The setting was very scenic, everywhere was very clean and the entertainment was really good. (I'm not someone who often enjoys hotel entertainment 😁.) The staff were very helpful, especially Sami, who even sorted out our transfer between cities the following day, as another company had cancelled our tickets. Our daughter enjoyed the quad biking but there was no pressure to join the additional activities for those who just wished to relax. I would really recommend this.

This was a fantastic experience. The pick up and drop off were on time and easy. The transfer was around an hour including picking up from other collection points. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything about the site and what to expect for the evening on our arrival. The tent was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location was beautiful and it's nice to be in the pool looking out towards the mountains. The sunset was just before dinner and was incredible to watch. The evening entertainment was so good, it had everyone up on their feet and involved in the entertainment. The food was also really good. Following the dinner we sat around a camp fire and listened to a singer and guitar under the stars which was lovely. We would recommend this to anyone whilst here it really was 10/10.

This glamping experience was amazing and one of the most fun parts of my visit to Morocco. It was so worth the $100. The staff was very friendly, the authentic Moroccan food was great, the show and entertainment was awesome. The camel riding was fun and entertaining. They even had a henna artist here included, which was a surprising delight. The two things that could use improvement were: the water in the tent for the shower smelled HORRIBLE. It smelled like sewage… none of us felt safe to shower here. In addition, our pickup from Marrakesh was confusing. We weren’t able to pick a convenient point from our hotel, and that was frustrating to haul our luggage around the city. All in all, it was still a fantastic time.

It’s a bit of a tourist trap, but it’s well organised and well run, so the experience as a whole is enjoyable. Just don’t expect anything authentic. You board a large coach and follow the dozens and dozens of coaches heading to the many camps in Agafay. As soon as you arrive, the quad bikes and poor camels are ready to set off on a ride. The evening meal isn’t anything to write home about but is of good quality, especially for this sort of package. The show is enjoyable. The staff are very attentive. The tents are well appointed. This desert stay was a pleasurable one. I've never stayed in the desert before so it was a great first experience. Such amazing views and the entertainment show was wonderful. The communication for pick up was great and the driver was a few mins early I had no time finding the pick up location or the driver.

The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and a great start to our visit to Marrakech. The he private room was huge and food delicious. There was concerns surrounding the welfare of the camels though - no weight restrictions to ride, no food/ water in sight for them, tied to a few inches. Was upsetting to see.

This was by far our favourite experience in marrakech the only reason I voted 4* instead of 5 was simply because I was under the impression that the ATV was included in the experience. This is however an additional cost.

What a fun and enjoyable night in the Afgay Dessert! Highly recommend for a glamping and traditional Moroccan meal experience. A few things to know: - Pick Up: as other reviews said, they will not contact you until right before pick-up. We were alarmed with this too, but all worked out well as we got a WhatsApp message from the driver 10 min before pick up. - Bring Cash: there is a bar on the property that only takes cash (you can also get cash from reception if needed) - Timing: Check out is at 10:30am and we arrived back in Marrakech around 11:30, so it is a bit longer than 16 hours.

This was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 8 and this experience exceeded our expectations! The luxury glamping tents had everything we needed and we were comfortable. The entertainment was exciting and engaging! Riding the quad bikes and camels added more fun. We would definitely do this again!!!

This was a wonderful experience! Communication with the driver was easy and we were picked up on time. The staff were great and provided great service. We rented a quad for 1 hr and really enjoyed that. You can't go off on your own, which is to be expected. The live show and dinner were really great as well. You are fed course by course while the show is going on. We had a deluxe tent and it was great! Nice and toasty warm with the heat on. The shower was great and the bed was comfy. 10/10 experience!

The collection was fine we got a wats app about 30 mins before collection we was already at the drop off I chose so the only faff we had was waiting for others to be on time The drive was ok got there in one piece after a very bumpy ride be aware the drivers are risky on the roads overtaking We arrived at camp it was pretty organised although I paid online for 2 separate tents and was only allocated 1 if you do a booking for 4 people apparently you only get 1 tent That was not explained I asked the lady at reception as our guide told us to do and then we went on the quads for 1 hour It was ok they don’t allow you to have any freedom on them though it was literally a strict line behind the guide even if you know how to drive it few photos at sunset and straight back to camp We got called over by the reception lady to be given another room key for another tent (I’m sure I did pay for separate) We changed and it was time for dinner there’s a bar selling drinks little bit pricey but to be expected The show was good the food was good the scenery at night was actually beautiful Overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend it But it is pretty basic for food and breakfast etc if I would choose again I’d pay more to have a more luxury experience but that’s just my preference

This was an amazing experience which I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Marrakech. The staff working on site are professional and helpful. The dinner is a highlight - the food was great and the entertainment was very fun! It was well organised and there was a clear itinerary without the experience feeling too structured. The setting is incredible - beautiful views and great for stargazing etc. The breakfast is nice and I would recommend getting up the watch the sunrise over the horizon. The pools are not heated which is completely understandable given the location, but means it is not the most comfortable swim! Again, given the location I can forgive the more simple standard of the facilities but I felt it could be a tad cleaner. Unfortunately the shower was barely a dribble if you wanted anything more than very cold water, which was a bit disappointing. My main criticism is the pick up and drop off arrangements. Of all ten of the trips I booked in Morocco, this is the only one where nobody contacted me ahead of time. I messaged the night before asking if the pickup time and location were still okay, and didn’t get a response until half a hour before the start time listed on Viator, simply telling me to message a third person directly. Once I got a response from that number I was informed I was already late to the pickup, after which point several people called me to message me the same thing, none of which were the driver… We were not alone in this experience either. My recommendation would be to message the provider a few days beforehand, and clarify the location and time of pickup. The staff were helpful when we asked for a drop off point which was different to our pickup point, but I would make sure the driver is aware of this when you get in for the return journey, as our driver ended up driving past our drop off location and dropping us off last. Definitely worth the money but unfortunately not a 5-star experience

Loud and nowhere to escape cigarette smoke

Dinner was great! But you are literally staying in a tent. We got the delux tent with only tiny complaints. The shower sprays every direction, no way to actually wash your hair. The door has a slit in it so cigarette smoke wafts inside. You can hear your neighbors talking till midnight.

The location is not far from the city and doesn’t feel exactly like the desert. Deluxe camping was adequate but the place seemed a little tired. Pool was cold and pool furniture was very outdated. The dinner was delicious but started very late so we were very tired before the entertainment was over. The music and show was fun. We rode the camels. It was funny but truly didn’t feel like we were in tbe desert. Guides were helpful and took fun photos. Not sure if I would come again or recommend. Probably worth taking the 3 day trip to the really desert

Unbelievable experience, high quality accommodation with amazing staff and camels and quad bikes spending loads of time getting the best photos. Dropped back to airport which was also helpful at around 11am next day. Only issue was the communication as to pick up, I just got called when they arrived but don’t let this stop you visiting it’s truly mind blowing!

We got a deluxe tent and we were very pleased. Private restroom and very beautiful. The meeting point is not super clear.you should go in front of the hotel Tazi not on it to meet the tour. Be advised to bring cash as they do not accept cards for the camel ride.
