Indian tea also known as chai is milky & rich, deeply colored, very hot, and boldly flavourful with a need for sugar to offset the toasty bitterness. The Masala Tea (Chai) is delicious Indian milk tea made with a blend of spices such as ginger. Parathas are the highly popular unleavened flat-breads made with flour, salt, butter, and water and are eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner in India. Our activity is a unique interactive cooking class which is hosted by me, my husband and my mother-in-law. The uniqueness about this activity is that the guests will learn about the Indian spices, local flavors and traditional Rajasthani cooking style in an Indian home, inside an Indian kitchen. We will step by step teach the guests about how to prepare every dish and will also serve them with some home-made pickles. And, apart from the class, there will be conversations & interactions in which we will give them tips on how to make the most of their trip to Jaipur & India. We will also provide an e-recipe for the entire Thali, so the guests can actually live the experience and enjoy every bit of it without the need of noting anything down.
