The Masala Tea (Chai) is delicious Indian milk tea made with a blend of spices such as ginger. Parathas are the highly popular unleavened flat-breads made with flour, salt, butter, and water and are eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner in India. Our activity is a unique interactive cooking class which is hosted by me, my husband and my mother-in-law.
