She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and enjoying every single moment of our day. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our tour guide Aaron on the Big Island. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He shared so much interesting information about the island, its history, culture, and beautiful scenery, making the entire tour both enjoyable and memorable. He was also very attentive to everyone in our group providing snacks and cold water. We were able to see all of our desired sights and he even took our photos at various locations. We would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Hawaii. He truly helped make our visit unforgettable! 🌺🌴☀️

It started out a little stressful....the meetup time was a mixup. Viator text me a meetup time at 2am. The excursion company meetup time was 2:50am...so by the time we were at the meetup point, we couldn't locate anyone. I called and the agent on the call was not too helpful. But 20min in, Everette showed up with a very helpful attitude and apologetic and picked up us quickly. The rest of the excursion was AMAZING! We loved it. And thank God Everette had warm panchos for us! ;)
