We had the most amazing experience on our **Road to Hana tour**, and we truly have our incredible tour guide, **Lisa**, to thank for making it so special! From the moment we met her, Lisa was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made us feel like we weren’t just guests on a tour, she made us feel like **family**. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and enjoying every single moment of our day. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating information about Maui, its history, culture, and all of the beautiful places we visited along the way.You could truly tell how passionate she is about Maui and how much she loves sharing the island with others. She was also incredibly accommodating and attentive to everything we needed. We absolutely loved this circle tour! It was a nice small tour of maybe 12 of us which was great for getting in and out of the van. So nice to be on a crowded bus waiting for people. We hit the best spots on this tour and our tour guide Johnny Aloha was very knowledgeable of the island, he shared so much information with our group.

It started out a little stressful....the meetup time was a mixup. Viator text me a meetup time at 2am. The excursion company meetup time was 2:50am...so by the time we were at the meetup point, we couldn't locate anyone. I called and the agent on the call was not too helpful. But 20min in, Everette showed up with a very helpful attitude and apologetic and picked up us quickly. The rest of the excursion was AMAZING! We loved it. And thank God Everette had warm panchos for us! ;)
