Big Mike was the best! If you want a great tour with local vibes and lots of cultural, nature, and history lessons/facts along the way, this is the way to go. Very easy to find the...

Very easy to find the tour guide at the Hilo cruise terminal and Josh was an excellent guide. Rainbow Falls is very pretty but I’m originally from Buffalo, NY so Niagara Falls makes me pretty biased on the magnificence of other falls. Great experience at Volcanoes National Park, and I enjoyed the brief stops at the Gardens and macadamia nut factory.

Wonderful Tour Experience in Hilo

We had such a wonderful experience today exploring Volcano National Park and Rainbow Falls in Hilo with our tour guide, Marissa. She was engaging, entertaining, informative, and made the entire day so interesting from start to finish. You could tell she truly loves what she does and loves sharing the beauty and history of Hawaii. Once in a lifetime tour!!!!!

Mahalini tours were great! Our tour guide had cold water available during the tour. He was very knowledgeable and rearranged the tour order so we were able to beat the crowds. We were very fortunate to see Kilaleua erupt. So magnificent!!!!! Every part of tour was great. The tour guide was friendly and answered questions fully. I would highly recommend. So sorry I did not get guides name. He took great care of us!!!@

You will learn so much about the cycles and effects of active volcanoes from your guide who has lived on the island all her life. She also shares her vast knowledge about the lush vegetation, domestic and wild animals. Her vehicle for the small group tour was comfortable and exactly what we expected. Great tour experience

A huge thanks to Ellen and the tour operator for waiting for us after we were delayed by over an hour and a half by customs despite being early to get off the ship. Don't miss this tour

This was our first time to Hawaii and this tour was absolutely wonderful. The tour guides were great and we got to see rainbow falls, volcano National Park including a walk-through the volcano tunnel and the black sand beach where we even saw several turtles. This is a must do tour and we highly recommend it

Mr. Arnott conducted a very organized and informative tour. The Mauna Kea summit experience was really fun and beautiful. I am so glad we accepted the offer to wear the freely-provided parkas; it was quite windy and cold at the summit, with freshly-fallen snow to add to the dramatic sights we saw ar sunset. The stars were beautiful and seemed so nearby that I imaged I could touch them.
