Request Jordan and Kyle as your guides! Just Do It!

My 10 year old granddaughter said it was worth more than ALL the money I had spent on her during her 6 week visit to HI. My 18 year old granddaughter agreed! Im 56 and it was my 1st experience. It was AMAZING! You simply have to request Jordan and Kyle as your guides and do all 6 lines! They are off on Sunday- Tuesday, so.... You will absolutely love Jordan's energy and Kyle's cavalier demeanor. Both are very knowledgeable and absolute sweethearts. 😊 Wait until you see the way Kyle takes the lines. He hangs basically limp, arms dangling by his side and then uses his right or left hand very subtley to steer himself. I loved watching that, lol. I could use the character limit and then some bragging about the experience with Jordan and Kyle as our guides and it still wouldn't be enough. It's super easy to book online. Kyle took lots of great pics. Just DO IT! You will not be disappointed but remember to go Wednesday- Saturday or you will miss Jordan and Kyle!

This was definitely a "can't miss" event. Our guides were fun, patient and knowledgeable. Beautiful views. Everything ran on schedule. Glad we went in the morning because by the end it was hot. I do wish they had a professional photographer at some places. I would have purchased the pictures.

Best experience

It was such an amazing adventure. Everyone was amazing. Very fun, knowledgeable, very enjoyable, wanted to make people feel happy and content safe. It was extremely fun, seeing all the different plants seeing all the waterfalls and the streams and being able to enjoy it with a great group of people. I highly recommend anybody going to this. This is my second time going to this zip line company. I'll definitely be going again.

10/10 , loved this place!

This place is awesome! My partner and I rode the ATV’s & the 3 zip lines and had so much fun the entire time. The staff does a great job at guiding you and making you feel safe as well. Derick, Ky and the young lady with long black hair, nose ring and pink crocs really made the experience so much more fun. 10/10 would come again and recommend!

All of the staff were incredibly nice. Our guides Brit and (forgive me my memory is terrible, I still have mommy brain) Leilani**, were so knowledgeable, funny, and professional!!! Highly recommend!

It was a great day packed with sights and information. We loved having Big Mike show us pridefully the community he grew up in. A good overview of local culture and history. Big Mike is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He’s the unofficial mayor of Hilo! Seems to know someone at every corner. We highly recommend this tour.

Take a leap- You won’t regret it!

Great experience! The guides were knowledgeable on safety, Maui history, confident and very funny. Half of my group were first timers and everyone managed to release their fears and enjoy themselves, and I believe that was due to the great energy and leadership from our guides. I can’t remember all 3 of their names- but who ever was working on 2.5.26, thank you again for the great time. I definitely plan to do this again if I ever go back to Maui!!

Fantastic experience

This was a fantastic experience! Our guides were top notch and made us feel very safe but also were fun and lighthearted. There is some walking and stairs to get to the zip lines. Nothing crazy strenuous though. Would highly recommend and would love to go again on our next trip! Thank you!
