Great tour - balance of guided information and free exploration
My husband and I took the Pisa/Cinque Terre tour from Florence and it was exactly what we were looking for. The information before the tour started was exactly what we needed - clear timing, meeting point, details, etc. When we arrived, it was very organized and we were divided into the right group and onto the bus within a few minutes. Our guide, Sara, was very well organized and had great energy. In addition to sharing information with us in person, she also shared it in a WhatsApp group, which was a great reference point (and a great place for reminders and to ask questions/get clarification, if needed). I especially appreciated having the transportation coordinated and having a quick 5 minute overview at each stop, but then given a good amount of time to explore on our own - exactly what we wanted in a tour. She handled our bilingual tour beautifully and seamlessly -- which was especially impressive as I have been on bilingual tours in the past that were quite difficult for all involved. You can tell she is passionate about her profession and enjoys sharing her country and culture with those on her tours. And a shout out to Mario for being a professional, skilled driver - great job navigating the narrow roads with a motorcoach!

Great places, great tour
San Gimignano and Siena are two fascinating places. I highly recommend that you visit them. This tour is the perfect option to do this.
Our tour guide was amazing! She helped us with my mother that was a bit exhausted and resolved our situation in just a few minutes.

Great 1/2 day Pisa tour
Very positive experience. The guide was very informative
The bus was very comfortable. I would recommend that signs be placed at the pickup meeting place to easily identify your particular tour as there are several other bus tour operators at the same pickup point.

A Lovely afternoon adventure.
A great experience with Vicky the guide, felt very safe travelling on the bus. Met some lovely people on the small group tour. The hosts were very helpful with my Gluten intolerance when it came to meals, just let the guide know of any allergies or intolerance and the will cater for this.

Maximizing Short Stays in Florence
The day trip with Lily and Alexandria was awesome. They were well-versed on the background on each location and kept the mood vibrant and positive. This was an awesome tour that I'm glad we booked. There were some steep hills to walk up so be prepared in comfortable shoes. The lunch was delicious and went well with the wine tastings. This tour is action packed so don't expect leisure time for shopping. Expect great pictures and gorgeous scenarios and be prompt as the guides advise you.

Bad start to a great tour
This started off badly with miscommunication about the fact that check-in was required across the road from the meeting point. The people working there were also quite rude and unfriendly. There is better customer service at McDonald’s! Having said that, the rest of the tour, from the transportation to the several guides, went perfectly. The guides were fantastic and this tour was very memorable indeed.

Amazing walking tour with...
Amazing walking tour with an amazing, knowledgeable guide (Brenda) who spoke clearly & distinctly & was easy to follow & understand. She provided great narratives - things we would have missed otherwise. Got plenty of time with The David, but did not visit the rest of Gallery. Visit to El Duomo was also great & revealing. Then we walked in the city, getting a great feel of the history. Be aware - this is a walking tour that lasts at least 2.5 hrs. There are plenty of stops, but no chance to sit.

See the important sights with minimal walking and have fun
Perfect when you want to see a lot and cover a lot of distance without walking … we got out to see each site and walk abit and take pictures …
Edwardo was an excellent cart driver and guide providing interesting info and a wonderful sense of humor to make it fun

A Pleasant Day
This was an ideal way to visit 3 of the Cinque Terra towns in one day. We had free time in each place. Marta, our guide, clearly explained our options as to what we could do in each place. We chose to hike up to scenic viewpoints in 2 of the towns, and to relax in a cafe and browse in the shops in another. It was a very pleasant day.

Great Cruise and View of Ponte Vecchio!
Angela was a very knowledgeable guide who took good care of us! She guided us through the history of Florence and pointed out important landmarks during the cruise. We had a great view of and sailed right under the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We even had a prosecco toast at the end! Our captain was very good in steering the vessel and kept us safe. A nice 1 hour cruise right before sunset - I highly recommend it!

The Acadamie was less...
The Acadamie was less crowded than we feared and we were able to spend as much time as we wanted viewing not only the Michelangelo David but other unfinished works (the prisoners), Stradivarius instruments, and early piano forte, among other exhibits. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging.
