What are people saying about Florence

Wonderful trip!
Ricardo was very knowledgeable and made the trip an absolute pleasure! if booking this trip, be aware that they can't drive right up to Piazza dei Miracoli (where the tower is), so it's about a 10-minute walk with the group from where they can drop everyone off.

Charming and well-run
Lorenzo, our guide, was excellent and Antonio our driver transported our small group of 10 safely and efficiently through gorgeous countryside. Siena and San Gimignano are 2 must-see destinations. I would not do more than 2 in one day. Of course could have spent more time in both towns but had a good mix of touring and free time. The winery lunch was well orchestrated, exceeded expectations and quite enjoyable. Did not feel at all like a tourist destination. Fantastico!

Delightful Tuscany Tour
This is a spectacular tour. All the guides and driver were caring and friendly. I don’t recommend the tour for anyone who can’t walk well or up and down hills but that is out of the tour operators control. Siena was lovely and very pleasant. We saw a lot of Tuscany landscape and lathe bus ride was broken up into short trips. The wine tasting was world class and included a delicious lunch. The historical district of the first town visited was gorgeous. Then they saved Pisa until last and we had more than an hour to take pictures. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see Pisa because there are so many wonderful experiences on this day trip.

Great Excursion!
We loved the excursion because it wasn't with a guide that talked the whole time and would show us every little thing, then with not much time to explore on our own. We had that the first time when we visited the towns. We enjoy independent tours. This excursion was with a tour director. We visited the two towns. He walked us to a central spot so everyone would know where to meet. We were given us lots of great information/tips. He walked those in the group that wanted to visit the churches so they had that opportunity too. He also had everyone’s name and number so we could keep in touch with him through an app. We had 2.5 hours in each town to explore. He was not licenses as a tour guide. There is a difference when you book excursions. You have to have different licenses for a director or guide. Wonderful tour and very well organized. Good job Nathan!

Alex, the golf cart guide experience him in person.
The communication was a bit poor initially and I had to reach out many times get any answer. I never did get any communication back when I reached out to them about a meeting point. But finally, Alex came to the rescue and gave us the best tour ever. He was so knowledgeable Alex. The guide was wonderful.

Fun in Tuscany
Ricardo, Alisandro and his team were fantastic. Ricky knew his stuff inside and out, was genuine, funny, engaging and very pleasant to be around all day. Alisandro was fantastic behind the wheel all day without a hiccup.
Thanks for the fantastic day.

Another check off the juvket list
Most efficient way to get to and from Pisa from Florence. Quite a walk to the bus terminal area for the meeting point from the city center however. Make sure you get there on a morning or mid-afternoon tour in the mid-fall/winter otherwise the tower will be in the dark

Well worth it!
This does allow skipping the line for entrance to Accademia, Duomo and dome climb, which makes it well worth it. Plus private group access to the terrace.
It was well organized with 3 staff members doing check-in.
The guide was enthusiastic, knowledgable and fun.

Not just a wine tour but a walk in time!
This tour is a diamond tour! Our tour guide, Constantino and driver Alda were beyond words amazing. We thought we would only be visiting two wineries. We did visit two remarkable wineries in Montelpuciano and Moltelcino but we also had an incredible lunch in Montelpuciano and were given over an hour to walk around d the beautiful town and relish in its beauty. In Montelcino, we went to the oldest winery, had the best Brunello wine you will ever taste and visited their lovely town, to include the oldest Cafe, opened in 1888.
This tour description doesn't do it justice, you MUST do this tour!

Torciano winery was the best
Our guide Marcus was great, the quality of the wine and sample sizes was far better than the Val d'orca tour (with another tour group). Great fun was had by all.
Of note, it was difficult to find the tour group to check in. They were not wearing the clothes noted in check in instructions and had no obvious tour sign.

History and Beauty Perfectly Combined!
The Tour Guy brought history to life with fascinating stories at Pompeii and showed us the stunning views of Sorrento. The day was perfectly organized, and thanks to Viator.com, booking was easy and straightforward. A must-do tour for anyone visiting Rome!
