Enlightening and super convenient

Enjoyed walking around San Gimginano. The working farm cheese visit was fun to get up close and pet the milk cows and goats and see the farm workings. The cheeses and homemade farm produce were all excellent. The highlight was the oil press and education on production and how to taste and pair different flavored oil with food. We had no idea the extra virgin olive oil we use everyday is so inferior. We bought several different kinds and look forward to side by side tasting when we get home. We were able to arrange to be picked up at our hotel and dropped at the train station by Christian who was very informative the entire trip. We were able to leave our luggage in the van which was a huge convenience. Highly recommend!!!
