Drove on various terrain, smooth, rough, very rough and even went through water. Enjoyed every bit of it especially the breathtaking scenery when we reached the top of the mountain.
Our Guide was excellent, constantly making sure that everyone was okay. Health & Safety is top priority!
I would definitely recommend to all to try and I know I will definitely be back!

The Quad tour experience was once in a lifetime. Travelling up to the peaks of some of the highest mountains in Crete was something we'll never forget. Truly Beautiful!

We had a great time. My girlfriend was very nervous of this trip but it turned out to be our most enjoyable activity. It was really varied with a combination of tarmac and sandy roads. We had a few stops for photos and views in the mountains. We also had a coffee stop at a beautiful lake. The quads got us to places we otherwise wouldn't have seen. We went as a big group and although broken down to smaller groups along the way, it felt reassuring that we were all together. Wear old clothes as you will get really dusty and buy a balaclava for the dust in your face (€2 euro from the venue). It really was so fun and we got photos printed at the end too. Such a great experience and we also didnt think it was too costly for the experience we got.

It was very fun but VERY dusty/sandy so do not wear white and DO bring a buff or bandana or face mask. Great view of the city, cute stopping points at a cafe and for pictures. Funny, interactive guides!

The actual tour was beautiful, however, they could have done more than just have us follow them around. For the amount you pay this tour was not that great. One of the staff that lead us (bald gentleman with a beard) was very condescending. Hard to understand him and got pretty rude with me. He smoked 12 times on this tour (trust me I counted) and every time we had a stop he would get in a smoke break but couldn’t tell us much about the area or any significance. It was basically a few stops for him to smoke. They gave us sandwiches which were horrible. It just wasn’t that great of a tour. You ride around on quads which was fun but the guides couldn’t be bothered to tell us anything about the area. At one point a couple had an accident and flew off their quad. I wouldn’t recommend this tour - there are several other companies we saw where they actually took their clients to significant areas. The bald guide was the worst and had the worst attitude ever!!! My husband tried asking him about the first stop and all he could say was “this is a church” and nothing more. Save your money and find another quad tour that will actually appreciate your business.

This was a great experience! My wife and I took our 2 grown children. The ATV guides were knowledgeable and made sure all participants knew all the safety precautions. We loved the off road riding and going up the mountain. It was a thrilling and fun experience. I would do it again in a minute. We also received lunch and water with our excursion. Highly recommend!!!

Great road and offroad experience in a buggy. Fantastic views up in the hills the village, reservoir and view point over Rethymno. Well organised, exciting and safe. Recommend you buy the banderos it gets very dusty and on a dry day you will get dusty dirty.

It's quite hard core! It was exhilarating and fun, and you get to see beautiful country and mountains, as well as the big reservoir. You need to pay close attention at all times because sometimes you are going quite fast near big drops. If you lose concentration you could have a very serious accident.

We arrived at Discovery Safaris to be told that our 18 year old could not drive, although the website said that drivers had to be 18 and have had a driver's license for > 1 year. Refused to give us our money back or to help us contact the booking agent to sort the mater out

The quad safari was well planned with clear instructions from the tour guide. We drove kn many different types of terrain - small amount of time on the road. Lots of time offroading. Had a lovely stop at Potaman Dam for a drink and to a little village for a quick stop. The last part of the tour ends up in the mountain with a sandwich provided which was a nice way to watch the sun go down.

I booked this as a solo female and had the time of my life. The guides were amazing, knowledgeable, funny, and patient. You go through a 4 hour tour of beautiful sceneries on a mix of surfaces. There were plenty of breaks that also allowed you to stop and further appreciate your surroundings. I would consider it to be one of the highlights of my trip and would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time on the ATV tour in Rethymno! Arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in as they go through helmet fitting, safety, and quad instructions. Our guide was awesome and took us on an extended route since we were fast, which was a fun surprise!
The ride is about half paved, half off-road, and a face covering is essential – the dust is intense, and they sell them for 2 euros. Riding through the creek was a blast, and they snap action shots you can buy (4 pics for 15 total euros). We visited a quaint town, a café by the lake, and topped it off with breathtaking mountain views.
Overall, it was a unique, fun experience that I would highly recommend. Just be prepared for the dust and make sure you have proper face protection!
