Pickup begins earlier than starting time and drivers pick you up from your chosen location within the Chania region (including but not limited to Chania Town, Platania, Souda, Kalyves, Vamos, and Georgioupoli). We will email you with your pickup details-be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you can meet the Salty Descents Dive Center in Kalyves. Drivers are identifiable by their Salty Descents t-shirts and minivans. Drivers wait no longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The pickup time is confirmed after you book. Pickup times may vary depending on your location.Please note that this is a shared transfer, so the pickup time could be slightly earlier or later than scheduled.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! We were visiting for one day on the cruise ship and appreciated being picked up directly at the port. Salty Decents really impressed us- everyone was so friendly and professional! We appreciated the wet suits to keep warm since the water was a bit chilly. Our daughters, ages 11 and 9, cite this as a highlight of our trip. We felt very safe taking this excursion as a family and I highly recommend. Thank you!

Very well organised and friendly staff and guide, very knowledgeable. Spent approx 1hr30.min in the water at 2 spots. My adult daughter really enjoyed the experience as did I ( although I dont particularly enjoy open water went with her for moral support!!) Water and fruit provided. Over all a very enjoyable morning would recommend

This was a great experience! I got to see some remote spots and a lot of fishes. The guides were experienced and very friendly. The group was quite small. I highly recommend!

Our guides were kind, funny, and so happy to be there which made my excitement feel even more special. The baby swordfish blew my mind! I would recommend this to anyone traveling or visiting the area. It was worth the hour drive from our airbnb!

We have a lovely day snorkelling in Chania. Everything was so well organised from the minute we (a family of 8) were picked up until the end. Joanna and George were so friendly, good fun and informative. The spots they took us to were beautiful and it felt like we had the sea to ourselves and we even managed to see a turtle! :D We would highly recommend them!

Was a really nice spot! The water was so clear and the highlight was a small cave to discover. So nice! We had the possibility to swim, to snorkel and we got always interesting information about history and about the region while discovering the spots.

This was a fantastic snorkeling adventure at a great price. The guides were fabulous, the quick boat trip out to the two snorkeling sites was fun and easy, and the views were unmatched. We saw a ton of fish, squid, and eels. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to snorkel the amazing seas around Crete.
