I was super scared because it was my first time doing this, but our tour guides were incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging. They took their time with me and made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to their support and positive attitude, I was able to do it and I’m so glad I did! It ended up being one of the best experiences of my trip. I absolutely loved it and would definitely come back and book with this company again. Highly recommended!

What a great tour package. You basically three different activities all into one tour. Included with a one hour ATV ride, waterfall repelling, and seven zip lines. The crew was very friendly and worked really hard getting everything put together and making sure we were all safe. The hike to get up to the top of the waterfall was no joke! It was a pretty steep incline. And also once you get back down to the bottom of the waterfall, you have to hike back up again to start all of the zip lining! It was a great workout, but we were completely exhausted after the entire tour. Overall would highly recommend recommended for anyone trying to get a lot of different activities in a short period of time while in Costa Rica.

Keever and Bryan, made us feel calm and relaxed when doing the zip line. Although the weather conditions were too windy, both made us feel safe and helped us do the zip line with no problem. They were nice, helpful, and good tour guides making sure everything was done safely.

Our trip was so much fun because of our guides. They made us comfortable, safe, and laugh a lot! We zipped fast, long, and upside down. We wore shorts, tanks and tennis shoes. Monkey sightings everywhere. The water and the pineapple were delightful at the end. Would do it again!

This company was very organized, efficient, and made us feel safe. The air tram ride up to the tops of the trees was beautiful. Equipment was in excellent shape. Wear a rain jacket in the event you’re traveling during rainy season! Though, the gift shop had some excellent merch in the event you forget one.

William and David were our guides and they were incredible! My family and I ended up having a private tour and they made us feel so comfortable and safe, and made us laugh! We also got pictures taken and were provided with free, delicious pineapple and watermelon at the end! Couldn’t recommend it more

We had an amazing ziplining experience with Jacamar Naturalist Tours. The team was amazing. They were knowledgeable, funny and experts at their job. They made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. It was our first time ziplining and doing the tarzan swing, but with their help and motivation it was smooth and an unforgettable experience. We even got some amazing photos of the entire experience. We 100% recommend doing the ziplining and tarzan swing with Jacamar Naturalist Tours when you visit La Fortuna, your vacation would be even more awesome. This was an AMAZING experience! The hardest part — and I MEAN the HARDEST part — was the hike 😂 Those steps seriously never end! I stopped sooo many times trying to catch my breath. But they tell you from the beginning that it’s not a race, go at your own pace. One of the tour guides stays at the back the entire time in case anyone needs breaks, water, or a few minutes to breathe. Once you finally make it to the zip lines, it is SO worth it! 13 zip lines and 2 rappelling drops 😮‍💨🔥 The guides give detailed instructions and make safety a top priority the entire time. There were even 3 children in our group and honestly… they did better than me 😅😂 Overall, such a fun and unforgettable experience. Definitely BOOK if you want adventure, laughs, and beautiful views.
