Overall great experience doing the walk , tram and the zip lining. Joshua, our guide for the walk was knowledgeable and kept us engaged. The journey to the top using the tram was amazing. Best zip lines operated by experienced and friendly staff. Highly recommend this package.

You can zipline into the clouds which is a very unique experience! The kids loved taking the tram up and it is absolutely beautiful.

Fun but not worth almost $200 USD. There were multiple miscommunications and my group of 10 didn’t all have the same start times despite booking for the same time. A tree trek tour is part of this package and when onsite we were told that we didn’t have a guide for said tour despite paying for one. Staff had attitude when explaining that we had paid for a guide.
Ziplining was fun but not worth the price especially because we encountered so many issues and there are so many other places available.

The zip line was great, but we were disappointed with the canopy tour since our guide didn’t take us on all of the bridges and only focused on birds. My parents had done this tour and had a great time, so it was a bit sad to have a less comprehensive guide and to see fewer of the bridges. The zip line and tram ride were awesome though.

Absolutely brilliant, our favourite trip! There are 7 zip lines, all are pretty long and high.... much better than we expected. Our 10 year old son loved this as much as we did.
It is very cold on the higher ziplines in the clouds so bring layers, we got wet and it is windy.
The hanging bridge walk was brilliant too, we got to see so much wildlife and the guide was very interesting. The best walking tour we did.

Experience was great , weather not so much. Lenin and Fernando were awesome guides. Would recommend bring change of clothes and towels for afterwards.

Wonderful experience on all the activities! The bridges were an adventure in themselves, and the naturalist showed us so many animals and plants to learn about the Cloud Forest. He also worked with my husband to take lots of photos and capture birds we never would have seen on our own. The zip lines were amazing and we felt both exhilarated and safe with the crew at Treetopia. Their braking system gave us confidence in a smooth ride and landing on each line. My son and I are both afraid of heights, but we had a great time, and conquered our fear!

The sky trek tour was great
We loved our Guide Joshua, he was very friendly and knowledgeable.
He has great stories and made this tour fun.
The Zipline part of our tour was fun the staff was helpful.
We had very cold rainy windy weather we were not really prepared for but made the best of it.

The zip line and monkey drop were one of the best things we did on this trip. The guide we had on the bridges was very dry and quite boring.

Great organization, great equipment, great sensations on the 6 ziplines!
But too bad to feel the zipline guys spend their time laughing at us in our back, until speaking about "maricón" infront of me. More than 300$ to feel insulted is not what we expected... Signed "the two fagots from France".

The tour guide for the hike/hanging bridges was amazing! We saw howler monkeys, toucans, tarantulas so much more. The zip lines were safe and so fun! Everything was organized. Their cafeteria had good food. Shuttles picked us up and dropped us to our stop.

The bridges and zip line were awesome! We are lots of animals, the view was amazing and we really enjoyed the little coffee shop at the start of the zip lines!

The tour was great. My husband did the hike and said it was wonderful.
We did the tram and zip lining together and that was an amazing experience!
The tram ride up is short and there is a little coffee/liquor store at the top. Feel free to do a shot of tequila for some liquid courage before the zip lines coz wow oh boy! Is that an experience!
The guides were great with the group. Safety always came first. They are very attentive and friendly. Funny too.
We had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Our guide on the bridges was Alex. He was incredible. He was knowledgeable and so pleasant. Would highly recommend. All the men helping on the zip line were very professional and fun.

The zip lining. Done elsewhere (other countries); this most intense. I was scared but less so with more lines. 7 of them. People claim there are “brakes”—didn’t seem to be? The employees brake you. VERY VERY nice employees.

What a wonderful experience! Even through the rain, we had such a great time with our guides, zip lining, bungee jumping (less intense than the actual thing), and walking through the hanging bridges. We will definitely use this company again!

Wow! What a great experience, the bridges were fantastic and we really enjoyed the zip line, the tram was used to get you to the first line. On the walk we saw a sleeping Sloth, a rare Quetzal, turkeys, orchids and other interesting plants and animals. The zip lines were fun, extremely long and high, but we always felt safe. When we return to Costa Rica, we will return. We did use the hotel pick up and drop off and we are glad we did, it rained while we were there and the road was a bit washed out. Glad to have a driver who was familiar with the roads.

My kids and husband said we couldn’t go to Costa Rica without zip lining. I am a chicken, but I booked it anyway and I wound up doing three of the seven zip lines, which was perfect for me. I loved the SkyTram too and the walk on the hanging bridges. My family LOVED IT!! It was great!

Shout out to him! Ziplining was thrill-and-a-half ride -- FABULOUS!
Especially we'd like to thank the gal who checked us in on Wednesday, 3/2/22. It was very cold when we arrived for our 10 am tour -- much colder than our driver had indicated. She arranged for one of us to return to the hotel to pick up our warmer jackets, booked us on a later tour & checked on us to make sure we were where we needed to be for the tour. She was terrific and a fabulous front-line representative for your company. Thanks so much for caring about our comfort. The day in the cloud forest was definitely the highlight of our Costa Rican trip!

The whole package of sky walk, tram and ziplining was amazing. Highly recommended. They provide transportation and it was quite on time which was good.
Note!! If you have a rental car, you can just go get the ticket on Sky Adventure official website yourself for only 60 dollars!! You don’t need to pay this much for the transportation. To be honest, you also don’t need a tour there. It’s not like the cloud florets reserve where you need a tour guide to help you spot and see rare animals and plants. For this one, you can totally do everything yourself. The trail map was so easy to follow. You can save almost 100 bucks if you just buy the ticket on website on your own.

Thrilling experience - ziplining through the clouds was amazing. Be sure to take a jacket with you as it is much cooler at the higher altitude where you start the ziplining.
This zipline was great! It's more comfortable riding but because you lean all the way back, it's harder to see the surrounding beauty. It goes quick, the guides are efficient and capable. The hanging bridges walk is GORGEOUS!
