This was fabulous. We have ziplined at a few places around Costa Rica and this was top notch. The guides were knowledgeable, safety oriented, and fun. The views were fabulous. The steps up the mountain were a killer. All was grand
Be prepared to hike up steep stairs to get to the top platform! It was difficult but well worth it. Diego, Brian, May, and Danny were amazing, and we had a lot of fun. The views of the canopy and Cartago are spectacular, and the zip lines are invigorating.
Loved that safety was insisted upon. There was always a guide behind everyone. The trail was exhilarating but a bit of. home. Great sights though. Kind guides.
The guides were so helpful and accommodating! They walked us through everything and were very patient. I highly recommend!!
The tour and eperience was great. Deago and Brener are two great guides. They make sure you are comfortable and having fun but most importantly they make sure you are safe. They even helped me with photos and videos. Definitely recommend.
There is an uphill hike to get to the first platform. It can be a bit of a strain for those not in shape.
This was an AMAZING experience! The hardest part — and I MEAN the HARDEST part — was the hike 😂 Those steps seriously never end! I stopped sooo many times trying to catch my breath. But they tell you from the beginning that it’s not a race, go at your own pace. One of the tour guides stays at the back the entire time in case anyone needs breaks, water, or a few minutes to breathe.
Once you finally make it to the zip lines, it is SO worth it! 13 zip lines and 2 rappelling drops 😮💨🔥 The guides give detailed instructions and make safety a top priority the entire time. There were even 3 children in our group and honestly… they did better than me 😅😂
Overall, such a fun and unforgettable experience. Definitely BOOK if you want adventure, laughs, and beautiful views. Happy zipping! 😊
I didn't expect that I can do the zip line, just wanted accompany my daughter. But with this super guys, I did it! Thanks a lot!
This is absolutely a must do activity in Costa Rica. They have 11 ziplines and 2 rappels which seem scary but they’re super fun, and the views are wonderful. The guides were really kind and friendly and moved at our pace, especially because the walk up is pretty exhausting for someone who isn’t naturally athletic. The one thing I didn’t like was that even though they do have an emergency brake, they had us brake/slow down with our right arm, which often meant the line pulled our arms back quite a bit especially when going fast. I think that possibly pulled a muscle in my arm, and I was extremely sore for several days. Be warned - if you’re not in shape, the hike is rough, and be careful when braking with your arm.
Absolutely amazing! Everyone was super helpful and kind. The hike was the hardest bit about a 3/5 difficulty, the zip line was fun, rappelling was an adrenaline boost!! Highly recommend Diego and team!!
The guides were very experienced and explained everything very well. The views were beautiful and it was a lot of fun!
Guides were amazing. They were friendly and made my 6 yo really comfortable and went with her on zipline
My son (11) and Daughter (9) had a great time! There was a beautiful home at the beginning! The guides were great with instructions, we felt super safe the whole time!
Excellent guides! I had an excellent time, felt safe, and I would do it again! There is an initial hike uphill to the top but they are not rushing and let people go at their own pace. Several zip lines, and a couple rappels. The views were spectacular!
This was an amazing experience! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and encouraging (especially Tavo). Just a heads up the hike up can be a little intense for anyone who’s not physically active so be prepared. But the experience is so worth the hike!
The guides were great there were 11 total zip lines and a couple a other surprises. Not a lot of wildlife no sloths. Be sure to bring water and or snacks also it goes very quick once you start. Theres a cute restaurant there as well moderately priced. I would suggest for the tour to have a photographer of some sorts or bring one for hire!
This was my first time ziplining (there's no better place to try it than the birth country of ziplining), and I really enjoyed it. Diego did a great job guiding me through the safety procedures and rules. Thanks to Danny and Gabriel for their chill and encouraging attitude. I recommend booking this for a fun and professional experience. If you're hungry afterward, there's an on-site restaurant.
My nephew and I had so much fun hiking up a beautiful mountain and then zip lining in and out of beautiful lush trees and then repelling out of some. Where i have a fear of heights, I was able to combat my fear because the young men/staff were so encouraging and helped to put my mind at ease. Because of the kindness, professionalism and encouragement, I had an incredible experience and adrenalin rush. I would highly suggest this excursion to others.
Apart from the initial hike when I almost lost my breathe. The view was breathtaking. It was the most fun I’ve had on my trip here. They are very patient and helpful. We were with a very nice group too. If you are looking for adventure and adrenaline this is the one. They are also very affordable.
I loved it! It was amazing celebrating my birthday with them especially the group we had. The guides were so nice and sweet, they calmed me down when i got scared and taught us how to properly zip line. The scenery was amazing! and all 11 zip lines were so funn!!!
We had a great time! Everyone working was extremely kind and friendly. All the ziplines were a lot of fun!
We did the tour with Gavriel and Javier. They were very patient and helpful. It was such a great experience. We had a fun group as well. 10/10
Staff is very friendly and funny. Making you feel as if they’ve known you forever. Very supportive. Just be ready to hike up hill and bring some water!
The guides (Diego and co) were really friendly, helpful and made us feel very safe at all times. It was really good!
Diego and Danny were AMAZING! They were super patient, really kind and so very helpful through the process. I was not prepared for the hike (it was strep on a bum knee), but they helped and encouraged me. Diego was my Uber through the ziplines with Danny helping me during the hike and rappelling down. Amazing experience, but even more amazing tour guides. This is a MUST TRY experience!
This was such an exciting and fun adventure! Our guides were soo helpful and friendly, they explained everything perfectly and answered all the questions we had. This is the perfect activity to do with family or friends. You get the opportunity to go on a little hike, see the city and forest from a distance, and have exiting ziplines and rappelling throughout the adventure. 100/10 would recommend and 100/10 would to go back!
Dani and Gabriel were our guides! It was so much fun even with the things like rappelling that’s scared me they made me feel safe cracker light hearted laughs. Most beautiful view! It was a great experience, I even drank from an uncontaminated waterfall! What a trip!
Fantastic experience and great fun. Exceeded my expectations. The guys were extremely nice and very professional. The best ziplining tour I took in Costa Rica by far.
The Experience was amazing, a little bit of hicking, guides were amazing, Diego, Daniel, Gabriel, Brayan, best of the best!
This was the cherry on top of the cake!!!!
I was very satisfied with this experience. I highly recommend them. This was our very first time zip lining and we had fun and we felt safe. Special thanks to our guides Gabriel, Dani, and la fotografa for being so nice, caring, patient, encouraging, fun, just amazing human beings. Thank you La Carpintera!
