Awesome Florence and Pisa day trip

This is a great day tour to Florence and Pisa from Rome. We were in Rome for 5 days and this was a very convenient way to get there without having to worry about trains or car rentals. It’s a LONG day so the tour guide makes all the difference. Malak was exceptional! She was friendly and made us very comfortable. It was just us and another couple (4 total) which made it very personal. The other couple spoke French and Malak transitioned seamlessly from English to French without making it seem like we were missing anything. In Florence she arranged for individual tour directors (English and French) so we had a very personal experience. She kept us moving without feeling rushed, arranged a nice restaurant for lunch, and stopped for pictures at great locations. We saw all the highlights we were hoping to see The pickup and dropoff was right at our hotel which was so convenient. Antonio was an excellent driver - I am impressed with how he navigated Italian traffic and getting us to our locations. The minivan was very comfortable. If we could have Malak and Antonio for future tours I would be very happy. They are people you enjoy sharing the experience with. Highly recommended!

After the tour he texted us additional information about what else we could see. He has a very engaging and friendly personality that made us feel like we were in good hands. You need to see this -along with everyone else

This is a fantastic, educational experience. You have to admire a process that can handle 300 visitors per day, every day of the year, and still keep the cave in great shape. The water is even clear. The cave is dripping with beautiful formations and crammed with historical artifacts, and our guide did a great job of bringing it to life.

So worth doing! Don’t miss this! It’s excellent!

This is the only way to go to visit the statue of David and the Duomo. Our guide was so well informed, and the information I received, I would never have known had I not gone on the tour. It was also wonderful that we skipped all the lines and had some pretty private time in the chapel. We got to tour the chapel when you had to have a reservation to get in. Our guide was not only well educated she was very organized and I was amazed how smoothly we flowed through everything.

The tour is divided into two separate tours. We first did the David tour and it was exceptional. Truly, David is captivating. Our guide was well informed on his history. We then had approximately 45 minutes between the two tours to walk down to the Uffizi for the second tour. Our guide was also the guide for that tour. He was very knowledgeable, passionate, and dynamic throughout the tour.

Absolutely Worth It — Fantastic Dome Climb with Greta

This “Skip the Line” climb of Florence’s Duomo was one of the highlights of my trip. The experience was smooth, well‑organized, and genuinely unforgettable. What made it even better was our guide, Greta. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about Florence’s history. Greta kept the group moving at a comfortable pace, shared fascinating details about Brunelleschi’s engineering, and made the whole climb feel fun rather than overwhelming. Her explanations brought the cathedral to life, and she answered every question with patience and insight. The views from the top are absolutely breathtaking, and skipping the line saved so much time. If you’re visiting Florence, this tour is a must. And if you’re lucky enough to get Greta as your guide, you’re in for an exceptional experience.

Great tour and a good cause

This was a great tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the Duomo and surrounding buildings (which were actually altered to help show off the Duomo). He pointed out all sorts of architectural details, talked about the different visions of the designers and architects who worked on it, etc. Also, if you are wondering about “skip the line” the line is HUGE and this tour takes you in a side entrance that basically cuts through the line to get you in. So you go about 3/4 around the outside of the building and then go in. Further, if you go this and pay, at least a part of the money goes to the cost of maintaining the building. So you don’t have to pay to go in, but if you do you save HOURS standing in line, get an incredibly knowledgeable guide (probably the best I’ve ever had - and I’ve traveled the world) and you contribute to a good cause. Highly recommend doing this.

Majestic View: Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the tour. And the majestic view in particular. We had an excellent guide. Very informative. The climb to the secret terrace was challenging but manageable. I was able to make it to the top of the duomo. The climb was steep. The view at the top and on the terrace overlooking the landscape of the city was all worth it. Magnificent view from the top if you are willing to climb the stairs.
