Amazing!
It was an amazing experience! Our guide James was super enthusiastic and did know a lot of historic information. He took his time to tell everything he knew about the cave and had all the answers to our questions. We were with a group of 6 people so he could easily guaranteed our safety and he was making sure we had a great adventure!

Such a fun adventure!...
Such a fun adventure! Swimming through a cave river, scrambling over rocks, walking through Mayan history. Loved it. Junior was a fantastic guide!

Must-do activity in one's...
Must-do activity in one's life! This is not only a journey to explore Mayan culture, but also a thrilling cave adventure. Our guide was quite friendly, and provides a very detailed tour of the cave.

Very cool caving
We have mixed feelings about this tour. The hike in was a delightful flat walk. Clambering through the cave was more technical than we anticipated, but tons of fun. Viewing the relics and skeletons seemed wrong. For that reason I’m unsure I recommend.

  • Cameras are not allowed inside the cave.

  • You will be in the cave for about three hours, navigating some very constricted, confined areas; because of this, it’s not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia.

  • Bring water shoes, socks (you will need to remove your shoes at one point on the tour), and an extra set of dry clothes, socks, and shoes.
