As all of our excursions are personalised, we like to inquire to the individual interests starting from the first contact to get a general idea and start planning a general idea of the upcoming visit. Upon arrival in the region and prior to the visit, we always propose to meet the guest over a nice glass of wine or a cup of coffee (our treat) to truly fine tune their experience to them. Among the 5 tours I offer, I take you today to the Roman monuments of Pont du Gard, Nimes and Orange. The tour will start in Nimes with a quick stop in front of the Maison Carrée, an ancient Roman temple, before taking an audio-guided tour of the Nîmes Arena. NB: from November to March, only a walk in the old town of Nîmes will be made, to see the main monuments. We will then stop at the Pont du Gard, for a picnic of local produce from local farms (from April to October only), then to stroll around the Pont du Gard for great views of this monument. Finally, we will head to Orange for a stop at the Arc de Triomphe and an audio-guided tour of the majestic Ancient Theatre. NB: from November to March, the tour will be done in reverse.
