The places we visited were beautiful and Florine ensured we learnt the important and interesting facts about each place. The pace was perfect, not to rushed with just the right amount of time at each place and enough time to enjoy lunch in Roussillon.

Great experience! Florine, our guide was very knowledgeable and flexible. The group is also very small which makes it perfect !
Very enjoyable cultural tour of 3 beautiful towns and historically important and varied areas. Our guide Florine was a delightful presenter. I just wish we had more time in the towns to wander.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I booked this small-group van tour months ago, looking forward to exploring the Provence towns. On the morning of the trip, we arrived at the meeting spot on time, only to be told the guide was running 15 minutes late. After waiting, we received a notice that the tour was canceled without any explanation. Only after I asked did they mention a car accident.
A reliable tour company should have a backup plan for emergencies. They didn’t just waste our time and energy; they ruined our entire day. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this unreliable operator.

First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for the cancellation of your tour. I completely understand your disappointment, especially after you had planned your day around this excursion with your friends.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected mechanical problem with the vehicle I had arranged for the tour, I was unable to operate the excursion safely. As a small independent operator, I had no suitable replacement vehicle available at such short notice, and cancelling the tour was the only responsible decision.
You contacted the Tourist Office and I talked to the agent who was in front of you finding a arrangement and solution for you, I gave him different options and possibilities in the hope of finding an alternative for your group. So I find out that nothing could be offered by the tourist office, even though they are connected with a multitude of drivers, guides, service providers, and agencies. I am sincerely sorry to learn that no similar tour was available that day.
I understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and I regret that your visit did not go as planned. While this situation was entirely exceptional, I fully appreciate the inconvenience it caused.
Thank you again for your feedback, and I wish you all the best for your future travels. If you plan to come back in Provence, I ll offer you a tour for free.

She arrived promptly with her car and took us on a lovely tour; she timed our visits well and we had ample time to stroll through the towns, take photos, shop. I would highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing time touring the beautiful Luberon region with Florine! My sisters and I truly enjoyed the day — Florine is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easygoing, which made the whole experience so pleasant and relaxed.
She picked us up directly from our hotel and kindly dropped us off at the city centre afterward, just as we requested. The tour was well-paced and covered so many picturesque spots.

Our driver was fantastic. She told us about the various sites(in English) and was flexible in terms of ensuring we had enough time to visit certain sites. She also booked us a great terrace view at an excellent restaurant in Roussillon. This is a great way to see a lot of locations in one day without having to deal with parking. Her advice regarding local places to visit and events going on was also very nice. We had no idea there was a local beer festival going on later that day and we had a great time there. Our guide also knew great areas to stop at to get pictures.

Gordes et sa pierre , Roussillon et son ocre ( le sentiers des ocres est formidable et compris dans la visite , Fontaine de Vaucluse et son eau … Florine, notre guide, est patiente et nous guide à merveille à travers les différents villages , donnant vie à l’histoire , aux anecdotes, aux choses à voir et à ne pas louper ..
