Best tour!
Our Sunday morning tour with Tony was superb: he was charming and delightful, shared so much history and information about Lyon, taking us into magical areas. His enthusiasm was contagious and we cannot wait to return to Lyon. We have had many tours during our six weeks in France, and our tour of Lyon with Tony was the best by far. We highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Lyon!

A walking tour through Lyon
To wear good appropriate footwear and jacket according to the weather. Be prepared to see and learn about some of the most important events of Lyon’s history, but not stopping for any kind of souvenir shopping.
Our guide, Ein, was a delightful chaperone!

A taste of the Gastronomic Capitol of France
This tour was a comprehensive food experience of Vieux Lyon. Our guide, Nathalie, brought us to several local spots to test regional dishes from an apéro to a plate in a local bouchon (both featuring local wines) to sweets and chocolates from a notable sweet shop. Nathalie provided excellent guidance about the history of Vieux Lyon and some of its under-the-radar spots along the way. This was a great tour and I would recommend it as part of a well-rounded Lyon experience. Lyon is known as the Capitol of Gastronomy for a reason.

A must-do in Paris!
Dave is a fantastic guide with an amazing sense of humour. He kept everyone laughing throughout the tour, and the time flew by so quickly.
Highly recommend doing this tour at the start of your Paris holiday. Dave introduces you to wonderful local cuisine while also sharing fascinating stories and history about Paris. A great way to kick-start your trip!

Anna, the guide, really...
Anna, the guide, really made the experience - she knew all the inside stories on the food of Lyon! The food was amazing and each selected place had their own specialty. We tried food that I would not normally try on my own and all were delicious. This experience does take a full 3 hours for the 5 stops. I highly recommend!

My friend and I had an...
My friend and I had an amazing time on the Beaujolais wine tour from Lyon. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The drive through the countryside was beautiful, with rolling vineyards and charming villages that really set the mood for the day.
We visited two wineries, and both stops felt genuinely special in their own way. Each winery had its own character and atmosphere, and we loved learning about their different approaches to wine-making. The tastings were generous, the wines were delicious, and it was really interesting to compare the styles and hear the stories behind them.
A big part of what made the experience so memorable was our host. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He shared so much great information about the region and the wines, but always in a relaxed and enjoyable way. It never felt rushed — just fun, engaging, and easygoing.

Wonderful day
We had a wonderful day with Justine. There were 8 of us in the tour, which is a perfect number, especially when everyone is friendly and out going. Justine was very knowledgable and helpful. After the tour she sent me a long list of recommendations for the next destination of our vacation.

Vieux Lyon Tour
Our tour of Vieux Lyon was more than we expected. Our guide, Dideck, was knowledgeable and very connected to the area. We explored secret passageways (traboules) that we would never have found on our own, as well as histories of the silk industry and the various Squares we walked through. We highly recommend.

Normandy Chicken...and so much more!
Spending the day with Joelle was truly special. Prepping and cooking our meal with her cheerful guidance was so much fun. When going to the market with Joelle we felt like locals, as she and we were warmly greeted by each purveyor. Then the six of us (my wife, our friends and another couple) and Joelle sat down to the absolutely wonderful meal and a great bottle of wine on her beautiful terrace, with an amazing 360-degree view of Lyon! We all agreed that it is a day we will remember. We recommend that if you're coming to Lyon, take the opportunity to spend this time with Joelle. It was truly a highlight of our time in France.

If you like to cook or eat, this is a not-to-be-missed experience! From the market shopping to the prep to the cooking to the eating, it was a wonderfully organized event by the chef. Well worth the cost for this unique experience. We'd do it again, for sure!

A wonderful afternoon in the Rhône Valley
Justine, our guide, is very knowledgeable and passionate about wine. She has worked in the industry for a number of years. She knew the answers to most questions and, if she didn’t know, she researched the answer.
We visited 2 vineyards in her air conditioned Mercedes van. Our group of 4 plus 4 other travellers and Justine in the van. A comfortable ride. Justine also provided a charcuterie board with local cheese and meat at the first vineyard.
Her tour is highly rated for good reason!! A definite 5 star tour. Our group of 4 would highly recommend this tour.

Magical and Memorable Beaujolais experience
This was a truly spectacular and intimate experience. We were picked up at our hotel in Lyon by one of the owners of the company and he could not have been more pleasant and informative. We met our guide Emilie who drove us in the vintage Land Rover to three separate small vineyards in the Beaujolais area. She was extremely knowledgeable about the region and passionate about the wines. At each vineyard we did tastings of at least 5 wines and were able to walk the vineyard and met with the winemaker at one as well. I would highly recommend selecting to do the picnic for a small additional fee, where they set up a table and chairs at the top of a mountain in a vineyard. It was absolutely spectacular - Emilie cooked for us on a barbecue and we drank wine and ate cheese and charcuterie that we selected at a local fromagerie in one of the small Cru villages —- the day could not have been more memorable.
