We purchased coach...

We purchased coach tickets, no extra tours, and no lunch. The train has a cafe car that sells food and drinks, but we never bought any, so I can't speak to how good the food on the train is. You're allowed to bring your own drinks and snacks aboard, and we did. Never saw the first class cars, but I hear the windows are bigger and the seats are plusher. Our seats in coach were like school bus seats and perfectly comfortable, imho. The train trip to the Canyon is 2h and 15 minutes each way. Included in your ticket is a 15 minute western show in the depot area before the train leaves. It's pretty cool. Once aboard, you get lots of helpful narration/info from your tour guide. Ours was Johnny Arizona and he was a hoot! He gave lots of info about the train itself, sights along the way, the state of AZ, what to do, see and eat at the Canyon, and how to plan your time effectively while you're there. And, of course, there were lots of jokes! There are also musicians who perform during the ride up and back, and there was even a staged train robbery! You get about 3.5 hours at the Canyon itself to explore on your own, or you can sign up for optional bus tours at the Canyon. We elected to explore on our own. The Canyon itself was truly awe-inspiring and so much more vast than I imagined. Worth it! On the way back, we saw lots of elk from the train near the Canyon. Very cool. Overall, I recommend this train trip.

A Must-Do for all ages!

Our family (grandparents, daughter, son-in-law & 3 grandsons--age 15 to 22) from Illinois spent a week in the area. This tour was our favorite. Our guide was Malcom, who did a superb job of keeping us entertained and informed. It was great being in a small group!

Best Guild Tour For Antelope Canyon

My son and I went kayaking for the first time, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our tour guides, Sunni and Shane, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire tour. They made us feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. Sunni even towed our kayak back to the starting point without hesitation when we needed help, which we truly appreciated. Along the way, both guides shared interesting information about Antelope Canyon, showed us the best scenic spots, and even gave us time to stop and swim. Their kindness, knowledge, and excellent service made our adventure even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an amazing kayaking experience. Fantastic tour!!

Amazing tour, no issues everything on time and professional. Price was higher than the others but we got to ride in a AC van as opposed to an open air jeep when it's 100 degrees out. Tour guide showed us the cool pics to take and it was not rushed like other tours and not near as crowded as other tours

Worth it!!

Our family booked a tour to see the the famous Antelope Canyon. Our check-in was simple and organized. Our tour guide, Lauren, was very entertaining. While giving important information about the canyon, she also added colorful stories and made it a fun experience. She didn't rush us and was willing to take family photos within. Inside the canyon is breathtaking views. We couldn't stop taking pictures! Great experience!

What goes up sometimes comes down safe and sideways

As advertised, do look for the company’s email ,Viator is a little out of the look on correct information; location close but about 1/8 mile in opposite direction.The food is not from the advertised restaurant.A lot of Costco items ,but it was all their the set up ,transportation and crew were all there ,tough to hear driver in van ride ,but most likely didn’t miss much .Highly recommend the company,

Kayaking with two kids !!

Our guide was Tehya and she was fantastic! I had two kids with me so one of them was paired with our guide. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed the experience. We tried to do many activities on and off the strip and this was a great decision. We drove separate and it was an hour trip… very manageable. Highly recommended!!

He was very knowledgeable and answered questions from members of the group. When going through the canyon, you’ll be walking on sand, some rocky areas, and going up and down ladders.
