Nicolletta was a fabulous guide. We learned so much about the history of Vienna. It is definitely worth your time. We know we need to come back. There is so much to see and do. Wear good walking shoes because you will cover a lot of the city center.

A must walking tour!

Our guide Nicoletta was fantastic! Very knowledgeable with a wicket humore. It was our first time visiting Vienna and walking around the town with her definitely enriched our visit! Even if you are not the first timer but never explore the city thoroughly, I would highly recommend it. 3 hrs was about the right length, during which we took about 20min break at a Cristmas market right at the immaculate "Rathaus" (city hall) that made the tour even more special. Thank you Nicoletta, the Victory! 😄

Nicolette was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable about the city’s history. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and is honest about what places are worth taking the time to visit and which are overrated or ruined by Instagram. I highly recommend taking this tour toward the start of your time in Vienna so you have the opportunity to visit the places she recommends. Three hour tour included a stop at the largest Christmas market in Vienna at the beautiful Rathaus where we had time for a snack, a warm drink, and to use the WC.

The tour was excellent. The guide was very informative and pleasant. The city is so beautiful and she took us on a great route that gave the city a wonderful first impression for our first time. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone for there first look of the city. She deserves more than 5 stars. I would have given her a tip but she was gone the second the tour was over.

She wasn’t dressed nice she wasn’t pleasant to people in the tour, not a good listener, plus she told us to cancel our pay ticket and pay her cash for a discount. Very unprofessional and never experienced something so poor on Viator before.

We had such a great time with Nikoleta on our Vienna walking tour! She made the history of the city come alive with her stories and explained everything in a way that kept both us adults and the kids interested. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer questions. The walk itself was well-paced, starting at the Mozarthaus and finishing at the Opera, and Nikoleta pointed out not just the big landmarks but also little details we would have missed on our own. It felt like we were exploring the city with a local friend who really loves Vienna. Thanks to her, we all left with a much better feel for the city — definitely a highlight of our trip!
