Donna_W, Sep 2026

Unable to locate tour guide at museum. Tried to call but no answer. Ended up getting into museum but only given audio guide.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience. Your booking included entry tickets with an audio guide only, not a physical tour guide. We shared valid e-tickets with you and the exact entrance/location details were also clearly mentioned on the tickets. We are sorry for any misunderstanding and appreciate your feedback.

Tickets were delivered by email so no need to queue, very smooth. A fantastic museum full of outstanding works of art. The coffee shop is worth a visit too!

The art was exceptional. The building itself was very elegant with a lovely cafe. The Egypt exhibit was particularly interesting. Highly recommend it.
