The museum is beautiful...

Shawn_T, Aug 2026

The museum is beautiful and the exhibitions are expertly organized. The entire visit was enlightening and enjoyable. I would highly recommend adding this stop to your Vienna itinerary.

Meh

John_D, May 2026

Museum is very nice but tickets are cheaper at box office. Dunno why you’d spend extra and audio was not offered.

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the museum experience. Please note that online ticket prices may vary from box office rates due to service fees, booking convenience, and platform charges. Regarding the audio guide, it is only included when specifically mentioned in the selected booking option and inclusions. We regret any confusion and appreciate your comments.
