Adquiri bilhetes combinados para ambos os palácios belvedere, mas enviaram-me por whatsapp apenas os bilhetes para o lower. Só me apercebi após 35 minutos na fila para o upper, quando me disseram que o bilhete não era válido para o upper, apenas para o lower.

As per our records, the tickets shared with you were for the Lower Belvedere, and the same was clearly mentioned on the e-tickets sent via WhatsApp. Please note that access to the Upper Belvedere requires a separate ticket unless specifically included in the booking.
