Seeing The Kiss was a must-do activity for me while visiting Vienna. Booking through Viator made it a breeze to just show up and get whisked through.

There are many Klimt painting here - not just The Kiss. There is a Van Gogh and many other beautiful pieces of art. The ticket I bought got me right in.

Very nice museum with some amazing pieces. Beautiful grounds and excellent beer garden nearby to “reconnoiter” and rest the feet! Only negative were the number of pushy groups.

I’m sorry that my experience was negative. It has to do with the app’s advice on “meeting point” which was totally incorrect, as it directed us to meet at the Stephansplatz, even at this writing. By contacting the admin, we found that we were supposed to go to the upper Belvedere palace on our own and enjoy. We had to scramble to find the palace and ended up wasting over an hour in an unfamiliar foreign city. It is a unique exhibition but we were so tired and unhappy that we lost valuable travel time.

The Klimt collection is breathtaking. The palace and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast at the cafe was as good as any we had in Vienna. Better than some.

Just take your Viator voucher and go stand in line. Not necessary to trade the voucher at the ticket office. I didn't see any skip the line option for entry. But if you at 9 am, go straight to The Kiss because it gets crowded fast.

This was a last minute addition to an already full itinerary but l am so pleased l did it. The Upper Belvedere was beautiful and the artworks outstanding. Seeing ‘The Kiss’ up close was fab !

One of the best art museums in Vienna. This is a self-guided tour and you really need to be there early. They WON'T let you in if you miss your time. Wide range of art work including Van Goughs and home of the best Klimpt pieces including "The Kiss". Takes a few hours to tour plus the grounds are free to wander around.

This is a beautiful location , easy to get to on public transport . Probably the best gallery I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting as an art lover . A must see . You could spend hours and hours here . I wish that I had longer .

The venue is beautiful, the staged entry meant we had plenty of space to walk around, and plenty of time to look at the exhibits. The Kiss painting is stunning in real life, it shimmers! Posters don't do it justice. There's a good restaurant too, The only negative to the experience is that the venue is not on the tube or trainline. We had to get a tram on the D line for the last part of the journey, and had a bit of trouble finding the right tram, even with sat nav. But the locals are friendly and most speak English, so we just asked someone and got pointed in the right direction. It was well worth it!

If you arrive late you will not be allowed to enter. Your only option is to buy tic directly from the museum. Aviator did not return my requested reimbursement or answer my note.

We opted to view the museum without a guide but we did use the headset to get more details on the art we wanted to know more about. This is a great option as we were able to go at our own pace.

Amazing collection of artwork. We mainly went for Klimpt. My viator app wasn’t letting me log on so be sure to take a screenshot of tickets even though they say you don’t need to.

They were letting groups pass the line but honestly there was no difference with this ticket. Not sure if it was bad timing but they were admitting tour groups ahead of the line.

Museum was great. The waiting to enter with scheduled tickets was not. The big man was condescending if you lined up early as if I couldn’t tell time. Rudeness was inappropriate.

You have to go to the ticket office to get tickets. The app says it will send you an email. It does. But the email sends you right back to the same page in Viator. Very poor experience.
