FINDING YOUR DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PICK UP AT VENICE AIRPORT: Inside the airport arrival hall, just outside the baggage area. Your driver/representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name on it. Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. In the event of delays over 60 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 60 minutes wait time included from your disembarkation time. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PICK UP IN PIAZZALE ROMA - VENICE CAR TERMINAL Your driver/representative will be waiting in Piazzale Roma in front of the restaurant "Al Vinatier", holding a sign with your name on it. Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. In the event of delays over 15 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 15 minutes wait time included.

Excellent it was high tide in st matk square , but the representative Jovsna walked to the water taxi was very kind and informative. She took directly to the car terminal where our driver Stephon was awaiting us, she did a great ,job. The driver was very friendly and answered question when we ask and took us safely to our destination. Thank you

I am writing to formally express our serious dissatisfaction regarding a recent incident involving a transfer service booked through Viator. Our clients, who were first-time travelers, were instructed—based on multiple communications from Viator—to meet their driver at the airport baggage claim. On the day of their departure, without prior notification, the pickup location was changed while the clients were already in flight. Upon arrival, the driver failed to contact our owner’s emergency line despite being unable to locate the clients. As a result, our clients missed their transfer and were left to arrange alternative transportation on their own. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far below the standard we expect for our clients. Furthermore, Viator’s refusal to issue a refund exacerbates the situation and undermines our trust in the service. We request immediate attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution. Dear Gina, as you know, the waiting time at the airport is one hour. After this time, the transfer is considered a no-show. Your clients were not called several times and were unreachable by phone. Our team operated completely correctly and in compliance with the rules agreed upon with Viator. We also add that you accepted all the terms and conditions during the booking process. We therefore invite you to reconsider your defamatory comment about our operations, or we will be forced to take legal action.

Great way to get from Venice to Trieste

This transfer was exactly what we needed to get us from Venice to Trieste to catch our cruise ship. The instructions provided by the company were very clear and we had no trouble finding our driver. We traveled in a large passenger van that was very comfortable for 4 adults. The air conditioning worked well, and water was available if needed. The trip took about 2 hours and is very pretty as we got closer to Trieste. Our driver dropped us off right in front of our ship and we were met directly by the luggage porters. A very easy way to get from Venice to Trieste.

My wife and I were visiting Venice for the first time prior to embarking on an NCL cruise. We needed an easy and efficient way to transfer from the city's bus station to the cruise terminal 90 miles away in Trieste, Italy. Not wanting the hassle of driving/navigating between the two locations, we chose this option. We are definitely glad we did. The car terminal is busy during peak season but the rendezvous with the professional driver was quite easy. Drive was scenic and allowed my wife who was still jet lagged to relax and nap. The real magic came when the driver let us off at the cruise terminal. He knew to flag down a luggage porter who conveniently allowed us to skip the already long embarkation line and get right on our ship! If you have the $$$ for the exclusive service, then this is an amazing option!

Viator ground transfers deliver!

Our driver Andrea promptly met us as we exited baggage claim at VCE, walked us 5 minutes to a conveniently parked van, and we were off to our hotel in Trieste for two nights prior to a cruise departure. Andrea was an exceptional driver and, because Saturday evening traffic was light, we made great time. There are cheaper alternatives for ground transfers of this type and distance but Viator has now beautifully delivered for me twice…. this trip, as well as another from Ravenna to Venice earlier this year.
