Antonio was beyond amazing!! Such a memorable experience to learn the original Paella Valenciana from the bedt chef ever!! Beyond personal and engaging activity. He went above and beyond yo make this experience. He spoke perfect English but also asked what we preferred. Sharing so many inside chef secrets!! We even got the recipes!Highly recommend . Very knowledgeable and went thru examples and the history of paella I would recommend this experience. Our group was 4 which was awesome.

Our chef Carlos was excellent. The paella was very tasty. However the venue was not the greatest. Although it was a dedicated paella restaurant so had all the necessary equipment, there was no AC which - on a hot evening as it was - was quite uncomfortable. A big question mark however over the fact that there were stacks of rice on the floor in the toilet.

What a fun filled night of laughs and deliciousness. We were a group of 4 joined by one other solo traveller a beautiful young lady from the USA. We were all involved in the making of Sangria, salad and Paella. Antonio was an amazing teacher and story teller we so enjoyed his company and his knowledge of food and cooking. We were also provided with potatas bravado and anchovies for entree. The drinks were plentiful and the food was amazing.

Carlos gave us first rate cooking experience from beginning to end. Great explanation of the cook and history of paella. The sides were great and dessert was excellent. Highly recommend this adventure for cooking historic paella. Well done Carlos!

This was an enjoyable couple of hours making Paella. Carlos clearly knows what he’s doing and the final product was delicious despite the 8 “cooks” who tried their best to help. On our evening this was Carlos first time teaching at this location so he was feeling his way around a new kitchen a bit but the final product was high quality. We went out and bought our own Paella Pan to try to see if we can repeat what we leaned. Fingers crossed because we’ve been given the tools. It’s up to us now. Finding rabbit for our own version may be a challenge though…

We had a great time cooking together. The paella we made was delish. The chef is so knowledgeable that I feel like I could actually cook a paella and do a decent job. He talked about the different features of what is a good paella and how to achieve it, how to overcome problems that may arise. And he gave us contact info in case we have questions when making it at home. Great time, great paella, great tapas, great sangria, great night!

Gregor was great! He explained Valencian paella and walked us through the process step by step explaining the cultural background behind all of the ingredients. And the paella, sangria and dessert was all delicious!
