Fun and delicious! The instructors are very charismatic, fantastic chefs, and care about their guests. They prepared appetizers, which included the best mussels I’ve ever had, and ensured everyone’s sangria was full while we cooked! We had an amazing meal and it was fun to learn how to cook paella! I highly recommend this company and any tour they provide!

The chefs were informative and answered all questions. It was a great mix of people from several countries who shared their experiences while visiting Spain and culinary expertise. The food from start to finish was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. The sangria was flowing and each participant was able to be hands on in the small groups. Sharing an experience and meal with strangers is something I highly reccomend no matter what city you visit!
This was an unforgettable experience taking this class. The instructors were very knowledgeable about the history and process of paella and sangria. They were patient and engaging, explained every step as we went along. They got everyone involved. Good instructions, very personable, nice touch of humor and made a lasting impression! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We had so much fun. Our host were fun and entertaining. The paella and sangria were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to make it at home!

Paella was amazing as well as the tapas and sangria .. plenty of it too. Richard and Miguel made the evening fun but very informative. Met some amazing people yoo and had such laughs .. definitely recommend even if your alone traveller.
Today’s paella class was a beautiful immersion into Valencian cooking. From the moment we started prepping the ingredients, the instructor shared stories, traditions, and techniques that brought the dish to life. The aroma, the simmering broth, the slow build toward the socarrat—it all felt like participating in something truly local and meaningful. The final paella was incredible, and the experience was super fun and unforgettable.
What an amazing experience! The paella making class was super informative, fun, and incredible value for money. The food was absolutely delicious, the sangria was amazing, and the whole atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish.
A huge shoutout to Ana, who was the best host - so friendly, funny, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. She made everything easy to follow and kept everyone entertained the whole time.
Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting and looking for a fun, authentic, and delicious experience!

Be on time, and listen she gives great tips!! We learned how to make sangria and 2 kinds of paella. The set up was very professional and the kitchen was very clean

The location is a bit difficult to find, but other than that, I would highly recommend!
Such a personal and fun experience for the entire family. Learned a ton, ate a ton and drank a ton... would definitely do another style in the future but we started it off right with the Valencian style.
The class was amazing, both Jose and Lilli were well prepared, gracious, and really encouraged discussion with the group and werevery interactive.
Super fun! The host was very energetic and included everyone. The paella itself was delicious. I totally recommend it if you want to have a fun night! Thanks again to the team!
One of the most fun things you can do and they make it super easy and interactive and you’ll be able to take pictures to make everyone else back home jealous. Plus they keep the sangria freely flowing

It was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish, Jose and William were very knowledgable and made the experience a lot of fun. The sangria was plentiful and tge paella we prepared was amazing. Highly recommend this experience.
The instructor (Guillermo) was wonderful! He taught us the history of the dish, the techniques required to make it, what to consider when we try it at home, and all with a nice bit of humor. Plenty of drinks to go around and resulted in a lovely meal at the end. Might have been something I missed in the posting but I thought we would be making paella in groups, maybe of 4 instead of 12 all together. This large group resulted in use not really making our own paella, more so assisting the chef and watching.
We had a fantastic experience. It was such a fun time. The tapas and drinks were delicious. We enjoyed making Paella Valencia na. It turned out great. Juan and his “son” were excellent.
It was a fun experience. Teachers are friendly. The food was yum. We had a few drinks and tapas during the course. A nice way to meet other people as well.

It’s a great experience with others. Beginning with patatas bravas, olives and a couple more appetizers. We were then able to cook (participate in the cooking) and hear about the history and the proper way to prepare Paella, accompanied with Sangria. Then we sat down with everyone to eat the fruits of “our” labor. Many opportunities for alcohol…Sangria, red or white wine (while eating the Paella), a shot of Mistela with a Valencian sponge cake for dessert. Highly recommend for anyone that likes to learn and eat!
