This cooking class was SO much fun and definitely the highlight of our València stop! Rafa was an exceptional host and very highly organized. Pickup and drop off, appetizers, beverages, drinks and desserts were all beyond great. The staff is incredibly friendly and the paella was authentically delicious! The best cooking experience in the countryside, would recommend to anyone! You won’t regret this one!

I can't recommend this experience enough. Rafa and Juliette we're fun and made the experience memorable. I highly recommend they're paella cooking class, and look forward to doing it again when I return to Valencia.

We had the best time ever! Rafa was so lovely and put so much care and effort into the whole experience! The house we did it at was beautiful - gorgeous countryside views and many orange trees! The paella was fun to make, and extra food and drinks were delicious. Thank you Rafa!

I purchased this for my brother and his partner. He is a know it all, who is difficult to please. I called him after this experience and he absolutely LOVED it. The person who led it was fun and sociable; the paella lesson was great; the snacks, wine and sangria were excellent; and most of all, the group was friendly and ready to have a great time. I had done this cooking class last year, and I wanted him to experience it too. I highly recommend this program.

Excellent experience! The chef opens his house and we cooked paella outside. They also provided appetizers drinks and dessert. The food was amazing! Definitely recommend!

The pick up point was easy to find (we walked from the cruise ship). The kitchen in the orange grove was stunning. We all had the best time. It was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely recommend.

It was a fabulous experience. We had fun, we learned all about the ‘real’ paella, the Valencia’s paella and the food was super. We strongly recommand this tour. It is definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful time with Rafa, Julieta and Arturo. They were so warm and welcoming and Rafa’s house is located in the beautiful countryside. Getting to learn how to make authentic Valencian paella from a master was such a great experience - definitely one of the highlights of our trip and something I will never forget. Skip the cooking classes in the city center, where it’s just with restaurants and go to Raffa’s home in a beautiful setting to really enjoy and savor more of Spain, its culture and its food. We loved this class and that there were vegetarian options for our teen!

Wow, wow, wow! One of the best experiences we have had in Spain. Rafa, Julieta and Arturo are a great team and fun to spend time with. We had a friend from Valencia with us and she thoroughly enjoyed the time as well. One added bonus is we had a couple of vegetarians with us and they got to make their own vegetarian paella! Fantástico!

This paella cooking class was incredible from start to finish! Rafa & Julietta were kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing traditional Valencian cooking techniques. We learned so much—not just about making paella, but also about the culture and history behind the dish.
The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the hands-on approach made it both fun and educational. We made the seafood paella and it was the most delicious paella I’ve ever tasted!

This was a perfect day from start to finish. We had a lovely day in the countryside learning the traditional art of paella. Our chef Rafa and interpreter Carlos were very entertaining. Rafa taught us the true art of making paella and sharing the history and traditions in a lively captivating manner. Working together and sharing many laughs the day was simply delightful. The farmhouse and it's location was so quiet and serene, really picture perfect. We were graciously welcomed with drinks, tapas, our meal and dessert. It was honestly the hightlight of our trip for me. I have done many cooking classes in Europe and Asia and this is certainly one of the best.

Wonderful experience! We met at the arranged pick up spot and were driven to Cordera, about 30 minutes outside Valencia. There were only 18 people in the excursion and each group got to make their own paella. While the paella cooked we had a chance to talk, have something to drink, and enjoyed a snack. The instructions were clear and the instructor added some humor. At the end we had the option to buy a paella pan and some other necessary ingredients to take home with us. I’ll be showing my husband how to make it this week 😃 Overall this is an outstanding activity and we highly recommend it!!

Paella's not authentic if you don't follow Rafa's historic recipes and processes... and it's a whole lot of fun learning how to cook authentic paella outside of Valencia next to the orange groves and a castle! Rafa was an excellent host. There were only 6 guests at this event, which made it quaint, engaging and FUN! We made Paella from scratch while drinking Sangria. Highly recommend this event!!!
