Taste of authentic Valencia

I just finished a delicious, home cooked traditional Valencian meal prepared by Nacho (with some assistance from his father) in their home and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my travels over the years. Not only was the food extremely well prepared, but I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Nacho and his family. If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Valencian food and culture, look no further.
