Paula was an exceptional guide and host for our group. The group consisted of all different nationalities, complemented by Paula’s unique perspective as a person not native to Valencia or Spain in general, but who thoroughly enjoyed Spanish history. Her perspectives and humor made the historical walking portion of the tour very enjoyable. The second portion of the experience was set at a cozy venue and served as a great way to relax and chat with everyone else in the group while filling ourselves with local wines and tapas. I did not leave hungry so come prepared to leave satisfied!
PHENOMENAL experience all-around. Listen, I've done lots of these tours and they're always good. But Paula was exceptional. She seamlessly wove into her historical explanations of Valencia's town center with juicy bits of real human drama going on behind the scenes. Fascinating and fun!
Then, the Wine and Tapas portion of the experience was on another level. More like a genuine 2-hr 5-6 course meal! Here too, Paula gave background information on each of the wines and the tapas so we were well-fed both physically and intellectually.
Book this tour immediately and tip her well. SO WORTH EVERY PENNY!
We had a fantastic tour! Bogi was an awesome guide showing us and explaining the sites. At the tapas and lunch part the food was plentiful and the wine was flowing! Best tapas on the trip so far followed by more tapas and paella type dish. Come hungry! Loved the balance of walking, history and food. Such a great day!
This was a really good evening. Paula was very knowledgeable abut the city and the amount of time on the walking part of the tour was right. The tapas and wine were excellent. The right number of people on the tour as well.
Michelle was great; personable and knowledgeable . Make sure you come hungry. You will get a lot to eat and have some very good wines to sample.
We had a fantastic evening with Michelle and our new friends. Very informative tour around the old town and then a great couple of hours sampling local wines and tapas. Lots of exchanging stories and an all round good time. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Paula was phenomenal!! We learned so much from her on the walking tour, and had such a good time doing wine and tapas with the her and the rest of the group! The wine selection was great, and we weren't hungry by the end of the tapas. We did the tour after having been in Valencia for a few days, and even though we toured places we had already visited we know so much more about them because of Paula! The whole experience was well worth it, and I am glad we added this to our list!
We had the best experience with Michelle on this tour. She was really knowledgable and the walking tour was just the right length of time. It was a really relaxed experience and michelle was great at pointing out things we hadn’t noticed even though we’d wandered the area for a few days already. The venue for food was beautiful, the tapas were amazing and we loved the wines. They’ve really worked out how to get groups to enjoy the evening together. We met lovely people and the evening flew by! Would highly recommend.
Oh my God. What wonderful tour. Hands down the BEST tour I have ever done. So properly organized and structured. We did the walking and guided tour first. Then the 2nd part Of the tour was the BEST PART - THE FOOD AND DRINKS in this cozy, quaint location. The food was delicious. AmaIng Tapas. And Michelle - just phenomenal. Shes from. Ireland but her Castellano was spot on. Spectacular. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HER. All tours should be structured this way.

This was the perfect experience for my first day in València. Our guide was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped our group get acquainted with the city center and the fascinating history it holds. Since it was my first time in Valencia, I decided to start with this tour as a way to get a feel for the city and what I’d be experiencing over the next few days and it turned out to be the best decision!
Dani was fantastic, sharing interesting insights and fun facts throughout the walking tour. The highlight was sitting down together afterward to enjoy a wonderful selection of regional tapas and wines.
What made the experience especially memorable was the opportunity to really connect with other travelers. I met some wonderful people and came away with great recommendations not only for Valencia, but for other cities as well.
This walking tour covers the highlights of the central zone of Valencia. We saw several churches, the silk exchange and the central market. Our guide, Mimi, was knowledgeable and friendly and made the tour that much more enjoyable. The tapas with wine pairing was outstanding!
We couldn’t think of anything that would have made this experience any better! Dani was our tour guide and did an excellent job explaining the history of Valencia. We were able to see and learn about different places we could visit more thoroughly while we’re here. The wine and tapas were fantastic! Everything was very private with only 12 people. We had numerous delicious tapas and tried several glasses of wine with full pours. He also gave us tips on being in Valencia - things we should do and things to be cautious of. This is the best tour in Europe. It's fantastic tour of Old Town followed by tapas and a lot of wine.
Wonderful tour! Different format. First part was a walking tour of old town, then we went to an establishment for tapas, wine and dinner. Yummy food. Boglarka was a great guide and hostess.
Our Tour guide Sharin was very good, knowledgeable of the City centre & extremely accommodating towards me ahead of the Tour. I have a slight dairy intolerance & I felt she went out of her way to cater to my dietary needs.

Our host and tour guide Paula was exceptional. She was very knowledgable and well-informed and educated us on a walking tour around Old Town Valencia. That part alone would suffice, but it was followed by a wonderful meal with tapas and wines from around Spain! We had our 11-year-old daughter with us who Paula made feel right at home with the adults. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Valencia!

This is a great tour that allows you an opportunity to see the old town of Valencia and hear the stories of how the city came to be what it is today. Highly recommend that you do this early on in your trip as it sets the tone for the remainder of your stay in the city. Our tour guide Juliane was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easygoing ensuring that we stayed comfortable even in the hot weather. The tapas and the wine were the icing on the cake as we got to experience the region as a whole through the food and wine that makes Valencia special. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting!

This tour was a fantastic introduction to Valencia's history, culture, and vibrant food scene! My favorite part was the food and wine experience at the end.
My husband and I have been on many food tours around the world, and we really appreciated how this one was structured. Instead of sampling food while walking, the second half of the tour was a relaxed seated experience where we enjoyed a delicious variety of tapas, each thoughtfully paired with its own drink.
By the end, we had sampled five or six different alcoholic beverages, leaving us full, happy, and just a little bit tipsy! 😊

Lived the format. A lovely tour of the area with Mimi full of information and stories. This was followed by an amazing, private, wine and food experience. It was intimate with our group and was one of our favourite experiences in Spain.
