Was told on multiple occasions that tickets were “in the infield, by third base”. Tickets were nose bleeds by the left field foul pole ,not at all as described. Had vendor truthfully disclosed location, i would have cancelled snd rebooked elsewhere. I was looking forward to this portion of my trip and it was ruined.

Yes, I agree, high up in stadium. 1st floor not available as this game was sold out. I reserved best available.

These are real tickets. Ok seats in the upper level. Were sent immediately with instructions. The game was fun- so much chanting and singing and nicely air conditioned in the dome. Fun experience!

We had a fantastic time at the Tokyo Dome for the Giants game. It was unlike any baseball game you experience in the states, yet the game is the same. Family friendly and full of entertainment. Highly recommend checking out a game.

We had a great time at the Tokyo Dome yesterday! Ken was a pleasure to work with and communicated with me in advance. He dropped the tickets off for us and they were waiting for us in the hotel when we checked in. Atmosphere was fun and we really enjoyed seeing the “all American game” in Japan. I’d highly recommend!

Being a lifelong fan of professional baseball in the U.S., attending a professional baseball game in Japan was a bucket list must for my husband. We booked tickets through Viator to make sure that we secured tickets for the only day that worked with our itinerary. Our contact person, Ken Miller, promised to get us the best tickets available and he did not disappoint! Our tickets were waiting for us at our hotel upon check in, wrapped in a beautiful Japanese gift bag, then enclosed in a secure envelope. We were seated in the Tokyo Giants cheering section and had the time of our lives learning the chants and clapping routines giving this game a World Series feel! Once we requested tickets, Ken communicated with updates to the purchase of ticket and delivery method. He even checked in with us on the day of the game. It was a pleasure dealing with Ken and Island Travel Specialists!

He scammed me by charging Hong Kong dollars and not Japanese Yen so I got $500 USD additional charge on my credit card. I tried to dispute and the company nor the individual would help. Absolute scam!
