Highly recommended we thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The tour enabled us to quickly see very interesting and amazing places in our very short time in Tokyo, Our tour guide was Masaki, great fun to be with and gave us fun questions to occupy our time travelling from one place to another. His knowledge of the places we saw was excellent - information we otherwise would not have known. It was just the two of us, so we had a very personalised time with him, which felt that we were with a good friend rather than a guide. Viator was super efficient and quick on correspondence and Masaki a credit to them. Thank you Masaki!

Our tour guide Makdai-san was excellent, not only showing us the sites but providing a great perspective on Japanese life, culture and history - why things are the way they are and how they’re changing. He even encouraged us to be ‘locals’ and go into a photo booth in Harujuku. He kept everyone in our family interested and entertained. It was great tour to start our visit to Tokyo and would highly recommend it.

Masakai San was an excellent guide. Punctual pick up and a witty, informative, interested and interesting guide. He put some fun surprises in the tour which we won’t detail. Highly recommend this tour!

We don't normally like tours but this one was absolutely amazing! Masaki Higashida was incredible, giving us great information about the areas we visited, but also being so personable and sharing great stories of his own life. Thank you for such a great tour!

Tour was great. It was like having a good friend take us around.
The guide was so knowledgeable and really made us feel welcome. Best part was that not only was it fun but we learnt so much. Book the tour for start of your trip. 10/10

Our guide Miyake was fabulous and gave us a great overview of the old and new in Tokyo. His English was perfect and threw in interesting anecdotes and funny stories. He also managed to retrieve my husband who got lost after stopping to get a drink and losing sight of our group. We were lucky and were only in a group of four. We have a three year old who was in a stroller for most of the time thanks to lollypops but we found this easy enough to do with her.

The tour was awesome.
The tour guide was in excellent knowledge about the city and its culture and was very motivated to get us into it. We had to transfer our booking date but the Viator support was very responsive and easy to contact.
This trip was worth its money and we would book it again.
Thanks for all,
Tobias

Masaki is a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and full of insights. I like the sake experience and quiz the the provided while we were on the train going to Meiji Jingu, it provided a lot of perspective not just about the sites that are covered in the tour but also about Japan and japanese culture in general. Highly recommended - thanks to Masaki!

We were lucky as other clients had cancelled and my husband and I became the only clients for the tour. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and found our tour guide brilliant. He was very informative and easy to talk to I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a quick introduction to the shrines and temples of Japan and the pop culture of the Japanese teenagers. He gave us a good insight into the Japanese life. Thanks for a great tour, by far the best one we had been on.

We had taken a bus tour to these sights a few days prior, but this trip was the BEST! Our guide I think his name was Masaki, was excellent, and answered even my most random questions. We were only in a group of three, and really got personal attention. I won't spoil the little surprises that are included! We had so much information and it was very personalized. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see Tokyo, and not be on a time table with buses, or huge groups. It also is only the morning so you have the rest of the day to explore the city on your own. I was only disappointed that we did it on our last day, as the company offers several more adventures we would have tried!
