Unfortunate the weather...

Unfortunate the weather did not cooperate...we were not able to see the mountain. The day trip is too abrupt. We did not have time to really enjoy the surroundings. The driver was driving too fast trying to stay on schedule (unsafe).

We were very disappointed that the weather was bad and Mt. Fuji was not visible. Your application was for a tour of Mt. Fuji, and we had hoped that you would also enjoy Hakone, but it was unfortunate that Mt. Fuji was not visible.

Definately will book GGTS on my next trip through Viator.

My family experienced the great pleasure of being privately toured by Shishiba-san. His professionalism, knowledge, patience and courtesy is impressive. He presented himself well in a business suit. The van was neat and spacious. He was most accommodating to my elderly parents. He took us to a viewpoint area for a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. We also went to Lake Ashi, Oshino village, and Odawara fish market. We dined with him at the cozy Jonathan’s Japanese Restaurant serving delicious soba, soup and bento boxes. Best of all, his well timed and systematically planned tour allowed us to cover lots of places. We appreciate you Sihishiba-san. Till the next time.
