My husband and I had the BEST experience on this Waygu beef and Sake foodie tour with our guide Kazu! The food was amazing and delicious whereas the Sake was very flavorful. It was a pleasure to spend time with Kazu! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. We learned a lot about the various types of Waygu beef as well as the different types of Sake. We now know what to look for when we order Sake! The restaurant was an all you can eat place with plenty of high quality Waygu beef. Please prepare yourselves and come hungry and ready to overeat! I highly recommend this foodie tour :)

Kazu, our guide was great and we had lovely chats with him during the trip. The sake part of the trip was a little disappointing, though it was as advertised. You could drink as much as you could within 30 minutes. I was not happy with the sake selections. The wagyu dinner was nice. I would have preferred to have the sake with the dinner, which is what I thought when I booked. Either way, we were satisfied with the tour because our guide made it engaging.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the sake tasting and understand your perspective. It’s wonderful that you still enjoyed the wagyu dinner and found the overall experience satisfying. Your comments help us improve for future guests.

What a great night! First we learned about different styles of sake and were able to taste each to compare and discover which we enjoyed the most. Then we ate our fill of succulent Wagyu beef- what a treat! Yuki was a wonderful host. He was personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. And a lot of fun! Definitely a great way to enjoy Japan’s culinary delights.

Wow, just wow! The wagyu was unbelievable! You get to try different cuts of beef then you can choose (if you're still hungry) cuts of your favourite choice! Eat till you drop! You also don't have to choose sake as a drink if you don't like sake - they have other drinks you can choose from. Highly recommend this tour and the guide we had was also amazing!

What a wonderful experience. It was just the two of us with our guide Ken and he was very knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. We were stuffed at the end and couldn't eat any more sweets. Ken also helped us take beautiful pictures throughout our trip. Thank you for the wonderful experience. The food (Waygu beef was amazing and the service was top notch). This is an expensive excursion but so worth it!

It was a fun way to spend an afternoon. The beef was excellent, and I'm not even a big fan of beef. I was just there for the sake. The variety of sake that we tried was outstanding.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beef—even as a non-beef fan—and that the variety of sake made the experience special. We’re glad you had a fun afternoon with us and hope to welcome you back for another memorable foodie adventure!

Such a fun experience! I ended up being the only one on my tour and the guide and myself just tore through the city and had a great time. First place he took me had a lot of really good sake, and he thoughtfully explain the difference between each one and the culture significance of sake in Japanese culture. He gave me some great recommendations to take home. The wagyu beef was also amazing, some of the best I’ve ever had. Watching it prepared hibachi style was also very entertaining. The food overall was delicious, but not too overfilling. This was a really fun experience that I would do again in Japan.

Amazing time walking around the Shimbashi and Ginza with Fuji, learning about the area and eating amazing food!

Ken Take took us around to a few places. He did a great job explaining the historical significance of the sake and how it was made as well has how beef became part of Japanese cuisine. The food and drinks were all very good.

Wow! What a tour. Pay attention to the meeting place directions. I put in the coffee shop and Google led me right to it.
Ken, my guide, brought me to a satellite store of Nara, Japan... The home originator of Sake. You get 30min to taste what they have from Nara. Plus a cool history and process of Sake making. The store and Sake bar are beautiful and spacious. Might be able to shop but I didn't.
Onto Wagyu... The restaurant has tepanyaki style cooktop, seats 8 at each table. Our menu was set with soup, a beef and radish salad and ALL YOU CAN EAT WAGYU. WHAT????? The starter portions were enough for me, 4 different parts were presented and cooked to the chef's specifications. Don't ask for well done, this is high quality beef to be savoured medium rare. Finished with garlic rice and miso soup. A sake drink is included or beer and wine if you prefer otherwise.
Then onto Ginza, a little walking to ease the full stomach... Finally finish at a coffee shop with a light dessert.
This is a heavenly tour for foodies. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Excellent. Prepare to eat ALOT of Wagyu. Everything was delicious. Got paired up with Norwegian newlyweds (married that morning!) and they were super fun too.

Great time. We ended up getting a private tour with Kazu and enjoyed every minute of it. Informative guide, great locations and delicious food.
