Easy to find driver once you are at the exit point for the airport, watch for your name. Drive was prompt, very friendly, and clear instructions. We went to the Blue Lagoon straight from the airport, our flight arrived at 7am. It was a great time for the Blue Lagoon, as we were leaving at 11:30am it was getting busy.

On Time, but Not a Good Experience

The driver was on time, but that was the only good part. The driver texted as he drove, suddenly turned on the radio and blared an Iron Maiden song while driving, and wanted us to drag our huge suitcases with us to the Blue Lagoon rather than keeping them in the van while at the Blue Lagoon. My daughter left a bag in the back seat when we arrived at the airport, and we called the driver within 5 minutes of being at the airport to notify him of the missing bag. The driver required additional payment from us as a condition to returning the bag to us.
