We needed to book a private transfer to get us to our hotel quickly upon arrival because we had a tour to catch in town. Driver was prompt and communicated with us through WhatsApp easily. Super easy to book through Viator and didn't have to hassle with taxis and issues we had heard of about variable rate with taxis. Got there with plenty of time to spare!

The overall experience was awesome. I did a lot of research and picked this company because of all the great reviews. I’m so glad I did. They are the best. A few days before our reservation, the company reached out to confirm our pickup details. They were responsive, friendly and so helpful answering my questions. As soon as we landed, our driver texted to let us know they arrived and were waiting for us. Our driver, Sam, was fantastic. Thank you again!

The ride was on time and easy. Only minor complaint, weather was a bit drizzly and he didn't seem to want to get out of the van to let us know he was there (texted) and stayed under the protective tail gate when helping with the luggage.

Not a good transport vehicle

The driver was punctual and contacted me a few times to make sure of our meet-up. The issue was the vehicle itself was a mess. Old, dirty, cracked windshield and seats. Not a good experience.

DO NOT BOOK. Our flight came in late and customs took over an hour to get through. I booked for 7:45 for the driver to pick us up. We read that there was an hour grace period. We were ready for pick up at 8:10. In the time between when we landed and going through customs the driver called and said he was leaving because of the time our flight came in our timer started at 6:45. So make sure not to book for when you want to be picked up they won’t listen they won’t pick you up and they won’t give you a refund. Horrible customer service. And the driver was disgusting with his text and calls.

We track all incoming flights, and according to Viator’s policy, the complimentary waiting time begins from the moment the flight lands. Your flight landed at 5:55 PM, and our driver remained at the airport waiting for you until 7:30 PM, which means he waited approximately one hour and thirty minutes, well beyond the complimentary waiting time. When the driver informed you that he would soon need to leave, he also asked how much longer you expected to need. At that point, you informed him that you had booked another ride. As a vehicle and driver were specifically assigned for your reservation and the driver waited significantly longer than the included waiting time, we are unfortunately unable to approve a refund. This was beyond our control, and we immediately arranged a replacement vehicle to ensure your journey continued safely. The delay was no more than 15 minutes, and we regret any discomfort it may have caused. Your booking was for a smaller car; however, as you were four passengers with many pieces of luggage, it would not have been possible to fit everything into the smaller vehicle. For your comfort, we upgraded you to a spacious Mercedes van. Normally, such an upgrade costs an additional 100 USD, but of course, we did not charge you anything extra. Excellent driver who went...

Excellent driver who went out of his way to not only safely get us to our destination but took a detour to get us close enough to an erupting volcano to take some spectacular photos. We also accidentally left one of our mobiles on the back seat of the car as it was dark and around midnight which he brought back to us at our hotel much to our relief. This was with the amazing help of our hotel receptionist who made an effort to locate the driver.

We arrived late in the evening, so it was great to know that transportation was already arranged. When we were leaving the plane we got a message on WhatsApp, that our driver was in place. So everything was very efficient. We felt very safe when our driver Sam drove US from The airport to our hotel. On the way he also gave us som advice on places to go and places to eat.

Top airport transfer service to from KEF!

The private transfers were excellent, both to from the KEF airport. Our flight from Oslo was 30 minutes late. Our flight was monitored and our driver was waiting for us outside of the baggage claim area, with our last name on a sign. Pick up from hotel to the KEF airport was on time. Very nice, modern transportation with a good driver. We travel internationally frequently and this transfer was +worth the price. Believe me, you don’t want to be out in the rain, wind and cold waiting for a bus! Highly recommend this transfer service!
