Gonçalo was our tour guide and he was fabulous. I am Portuguese; my husband is not (speaks Spanish as well as English). Gonçalo spoke in all three languages (very well, I must say) and made sure we understood. He is extremely knowledgeable of the history of the area. He did not rush through the tour. He really took time to share. This tour is more popular during the warmer months. But the day we had was perfect for the distance and effort. We highly recommend it. Gonçalo will not disappoint!
