This was an amazing private service. Our driver was Carlos, a Sintra native whose love and passion for his hometown made the experience all the more memorable. We toured the National Palace of Pena and the Quinta de Regaleira during our session. Before heading to our first stop, Carlos unexpectedly took us to a beautiful, private overlook of Sintra where he was able to give us a brief history of Portugal. We got some amazing pictures of the skyline from here. After picking us up from the Palace of Pena, we drove through Sintra where he gave us more insight on the history of the town, personal experiences, and some connections the city had with current events. Later, after we finished touring la Quinta de Regaleira, we met up with Carlos and proceeded to walk through the city and eventually stopped for lunch where we shared a nice meal and good conversation. This was also unexpected but really made for a wonderful afternoon. At this point, he could have driven us back to our hotel. However, he offered to take us to the westernmost point of Europe, Cabo da Roca, and afterward to the beach city of Cascais where we said our goodbyes. This was only 15 minutes from our hotel so he was very thoughtful of our time when suggesting he drop us off there. Overall the sights we saw were truly amazing but Carlos' friendliness to us and love for his hometown and country made the experience unique and forgettable. 5 stars, 10/10.

We DO talk about Bruno on this custom tour!

Bruno made our life easy by picking us up at our hotel. This was a private and custom tour which was absolutely perfect! We saw everything we wanted to see and more! If we didn’t mention a place or site, Bruno would suggest it and then take us there. Besides Quinta da Regaleira (our favorite), Cabo de Roca and Caiscais, he even taught us interesting facts by showing us a cork tree and explaining the process of extracting cork while referencing it as a key industry in Portugal. Unlike the song, “We don’t talk about Bruno”, on this tour, we DO talk about Bruno! If you receive Bruno as your guide, you are very lucky.

Amazing Sintra tour!

This was an excellent tour of Sintra, Portugal. Our tour guide was Carlos. He arrived on time and gave us an exceptional tour of Sintra. Carlos answered all our questions and gave us the history of Portugal. As we drove to Sintra he explained the history, wars and highlights of the area as we made several stops to take photos. Specific highlights of certain areas where memorable photographs were taken for us to remember. We saw the Morish castle, Pena palace and the small little town. All scenic areas including Cabo Da Roca with an incredible view. We had an amazing lunch at a Portuguese restaurant in a small town. This was truly a remarkable and memorable experience. If you plan on going on a tour, please use this tour guide as you will not be disappointed! He exceeded our expectations of this tour and went above and beyond. He knows the area and loves his job! It showed as we will always remember this trip and tour of Portugal. Thank you again Carlos, Joseph & Family

The most memorable part of the trip was talking history with Bruno! He was so full of knowledge and so kind. He took EXTRA good care of my mother in-law! He attended to our every need. He customized the tour for us and made sure we did the things WE wanted to do. We could not have asked for a better tour guide. We would come back to Lisbon just to hang out with him!😀👍

This private tour is HIGHLY recommended. Our driver/guide Bruno was awesome! He coordinated with us in advance, was extremely knowledgeable, and so pleasant. Sintra is very crowded with tourists and having a private experience allowed us to take things at our pace, get to the front gate for entrance and customize our experience to see what we were interested in seeing.

It was a great tour and Bruno was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. My mom had limited mobility and he made sure to help her in the car and stop very close to all attractions If we were to do it over again, I would skip the interior of the Pena Palace. Long lines and slow moving inside.

Sintra half day tour was very nice and showed us the main highlights of the town. Amazing Day for U was really good and tailored the time we had to our liking. Bruno was excellent in suggesting things for us to see and do since this was our first visit.
